Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 3056: Chapter 3054: Wanting to Bid for the Land Parcel

”Hmm, where’s Cloud?” Nangong Beiying was about to leave when she thought of another person with a more serious demeanor.

”She went to finance. It seems there’s some issue that needs emergency funding, so she went to file a request.” Rain didn’t ask specifically about the matter; she only knew it was a last-minute assigned task.

”It’s not a problem; rather, there’s a piece of land over there up for auction. I asked her to check the details, and perhaps she’s found something, so she wants to see how much liquid capital our group has.” Nangong Beiying understood immediately what Cloud was doing.

Originally, there was a piece of land on the outskirts of the city slated for development. As someone with business acumen, of course, she had to handle it, but first, she needed to check the background. She got Cloud to handle this matter.

Now she’s back to check the funding; she must have cleared everything up by now.

”Alright, I know. You go make some food; I’ll go check.” Nangong Beiying nodded, knowing exactly what kind of situation it was made it easier to deal with.

”Alright.” Rain didn’t object. After all, everyone here was their own people; there was no problem with that.

This wasn’t the Nangong group’s corporation; it was their gang’s corporation. So, anything they wanted to do here had to be agreed upon by them.

This was the first stage after Nangong Beiying had led them to transition.

They certainly wouldn’t let Nangong Beiying down with their expectations because she not only had to deal with the Nangong family’s matters but also lead them to handle things on this side.

However, she hadn’t told anyone what this was about or who it was for; she was merely thinking about what kind of status it was.

And she felt that achieving it here was indeed quite good.

Because now they didn’t have to worry about fighting a life-and-death battle somewhere out there; they had transitioned to no longer using weapons for battle. So, if it could be good, they certainly hoped to manage well into the future.

And now Cloud was handling matters; if she could bring them greater benefits this time, they would have even more drive and prospects going forward.

”Miss, why are you here?” Cloud had just come out of finance and saw Nangong Beiying heading this way.

”I’m here to see how things are on your end. How’s it going, any issues?” Nangong Beiying glanced at her, walking alongside.

”Currently, there’s no problem, but our funding is insufficient. I’m afraid we can’t meet the auction requirements.” Cloud had gone to inquire about this at finance, asking if pulling all funds together could make it work.

”What did finance say? They said no; using all the funds would cut off the group’s capital chain, and it would be too passive. Moreover, they don’t quite approve of us going all out for that piece of land.” Cloud explained.

”Find a way to gather enough money; we have to acquire that land.” Nangong Beiying decided on it, no matter how difficult it was, Cloud would accomplish it.

”Miss, why? That piece of land doesn’t seem worth our all-out investment, and it’s far from the city center.” Cloud asked with confusion, looking at Nangong Beiying.

”Precisely because it’s far, it’s easier to acquire. Find a way, and I guarantee it won’t be a loss.” The reason Nangong Beiying was so persistent about that land was because, in the future, it would be a great, bustling area.

Later on, major business representatives all settled there. One could only imagine how wealthy the owner became. Now they came along when it was still vacant, so it was easy to predict the outcome there.

She wanted to seize this opportunity, to acquire it in one fell swoop, aiming to make a significant start.
