Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2248: Chapter 2242: Are You Still Afraid to Do It Yourself?

”Sis, don’t make it too complicated, just make something simple for us.” Qin Yu looked at his sister walking towards the kitchen.

”Got it. You guys have some water first, I’ll cook for everyone else as well.” Qin Xue thought there were more people behind, they’d need something to eat too. Even if it was casual, there needed to be a decent amount.

”Let me help you then, I’m not tired anyway.” Originally, Qin Yu thought it would just be food for the siblings, but hearing that there were more people, he decided to help his sister out.

”No, go freshen up, have some water first, then bring water to the bathroom to take a shower.” Qin Xue planned to boil some water first, then make food.

This method was quick, she put the water in the pot to boil, then washed the rice and put it in the pot, making the process very fast.

”Are you sure you don’t need my help?” Qin Yu looked at Qin Xue, having one more person is a lot faster, it would be tiring for one person.

”No need, hurry up, Qing Zhu and the others will arrive soon.” Their house was only a ten-minute walk from the store, and they had been delayed for so long, Qing Zhu and the others might already be at the door.

”Alright then, I’ll head out first.” Qin Yu glanced at the kitchen. Since his sister didn’t need his help, he went out to wait.

Qin Xue looked at what they had at home, which was quite a lot, really, because the kids wanted crawfish, so she made plenty, some were still in the basin, and there were crabs, fish, and other things that someone unaware might think the family had struck it rich.

It’s just that Qin Xue never skimps on food for her family, so whenever there’s food to eat, she tries to fulfill them, which is why their meals at home are good because with a Golden Finger in hand, you can’t really go wrong.

”Qin Xue, we’re back, need any help?” Qing Zhu entered the kitchen, watching Qin Xue mixing the dough.

”I’m preparing to make cold noodles, but I’m also thinking of making some spicy crawfish. Help me out, will you?” Seeing Qing Zhu arrive, although she initially didn’t want to make crawfish, Qin Xue changed her mind.

”Where did you get so much of this stuff?” Qing Zhu looked at the large basin Qin Xue pointed to, and on uncovering it, wow, it was full to the brim. Luckily it was covered well, or they’d crawl all over the place.

”Bought it, saw some and bought it all at once, to make sure there’s enough.” Qin Xue fibbed without blushing, giving Qing Zhu a look, and continued her work.

”Why don’t I come across such good things? Though it’s hard to prepare, the flavor is truly delicious. Honestly, I’m really craving it. No way, I must eat more later.” Qing Zhu is also an expert at making crawfish, used to buy and prepare it herself when craving it. Now, making it herself poses no challenge to her.

”If you want to eat, just make more, we have plenty here. There are also crabs, but I don’t feel like eating those for now, if you want, you can make it yourself.” Ever since being bitten by a snake, Qin Xue’s stomach occasionally ached.

She always had the feeling that there might still be some toxins in her body, but since the pain passes quickly and doesn’t last, she never paid much attention.

Just thinking that crabs are cold food, she decided to not eat them for now, only eating after her stomach feels better and stops hurting seemed wise.

”Fine, I’ll make it myself, there’s no fear of making it when it’s delicious.” Qing Zhu didn’t mind that Qin Xue didn’t want to make it, these were her specialties, and it wouldn’t take her long to finish.

”Xiao Yu, the water is ready, come carry it.” Before Qin Xue finished the dough, she heard the water boiling, it was hot enough.
