Prodigal System in the Flourishing City

Chapter 336: Chapter 335: Lu Xiaobu’s 100,000 Iron Cavalry [Sixth release, celebrating Xia’s birthday, Happy Birthday, brother!]

Five days amassing fifty billion, jumping halfway up the rankings, Lu Xiaobu achieved what other tycoons couldn’t achieve in a lifetime.

Isn’t this a miracle?! What else would be called a miracle?

Numerous economic colleges took Lu Xiaobu’s planning seriously as a major case study, constantly discussing it.

Various theories emerged, analyzing Lu Xiaobu’s seemingly prodigal yet hugely successful endeavor from different perspectives!

However, the initial theories were all too absurd!

For example, advertisement theory, luck theory, psychological theory, and so on!

After examining these, people shook their heads.

While they seemed somewhat reasonable with all the bells and whistles, they essentially reversed cause and effect, rendering them meaningless!

Finally!

A widely accepted theory emerged!

The first relatively acknowledged theory was proposed by Qinghua University—Starvation Marketing.

The paper pointed out that, although Lu Xiaobu’s actions seemed reckless, they subtly adhered to two primary principles of starvation marketing.

The first principle, a market void, eagerly awaiting supplies.

This need not be explained, as everyone saw it since Lu Group had not produced for one and a half months.

The second principle, continuous stimulation to increase attention and prevent everyone from forgetting and finding substitutes.

This is a critical point.

Essentially, one can employ starvation marketing, but if you starve your customers to the point where they break down and consume other food to satisfaction, then your starvation marketing is utterly useless.

Regarding this point, economists explained that the desperate maneuvers kept everyone’s focus on the Lu Group, without relent, thinking about Lu Group and all its products every day!

Because of these two points, Lu Xiaobu’s starvation marketing was very successful.

After all, the longer you are starved, the more you eat!

Furthermore, the paper concluded that given their research, the current market was nearing saturation, and Lu Xiaobu’s wealth growth rate would soon decline.

Overall, the marketing was considered a failure!

After all, losses were incurred!

Once this theory was out, it immediately gained popularity.

”Yes, exactly!”

”I also think so, you guys at Qinghua are quick in research!”

”Yes! Our paper was also going out!”

”...”

However!

Just one day later, this theory was shattered!

Because, Lu Xiaobu’s rank on the tycoon list was still rising.

Another ten billion, another ten ranks, now ranked 41!

Thus, the so-called starvation marketing theory was shattered, to be precise, it should be said it couldn’t fully explain, not that it was completely shattered!

”Uh... this!” Qinghua University admitted it was a face-slapper, and felt hurt!

They were somewhat puzzled, it should be starvation marketing, right?!

However, before they could introspect,

Di University, always a rival of Qinghua, released a new paper!

Unique Product Theory!

In the paper, Di University pointed out, they do not deny Qinghua’s starvation marketing, but they overlooked a crucial point.

That is, product uniqueness!

Lu Group’s current merchandise possesses unique characteristics!

For instance, Shadow speeds surpass those of the current era coupled with installment payment policies!

Also, the unmatched taste of Coca-Cola which has not been deciphered or imitated yet!

And then, Brain Black Gold’s overwhelming bombardments, just like brainwashing etched into people’s minds!

These are Lu Group’s major competitive strategies.

After all, no matter the era, the product itself is always the foremost weapon!

This led to, although the market saturated by starvation marketing was filled, this wave spurred the addition of other new customers who were already fond of Lu Group!

This is also why the flow of money continued!

Ultimately, Di University likewise made a judgment; Lu Xiaobu would likely rise to around rank 25 on the back of this wave.

Only then would the pace slow down!

Seeing Di University’s thorough analysis, everyone nodded in agreement.

”Indeed, it’s true. Although the logic is simple, the reasoning behind it is sound.”

”Exactly, the paper from Di University has filled the gap in Qinghua’s hunger marketing.”

”It must be so.”

”...”

Indeed, just as the two major institutions had judged.

After breaking through the top 30, Xiaobu’s ranking gradually slowed down, settling at 26th place!
