The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Alfred Weaver nodded, “Grandpa Patel is already working on that. This conference is extremely dangerous, you…”

Carson Flores interrupted Alfred Weaver, laughing, “You’re not going to tell me not to go, are you?”

Alfred Weaver sighed softly, “I know you probably won’t listen to me, but I really don’t want you to go. If a battle breaks out, it’s a melee of Heavenly Immortals. You only have True Immortal strength, a little carelessness and you’re done for…”

Carson Flores reassured, “Well, if nothing else, you know how good I am at escaping, right? Don’t worry, I won’t show off. If things go south, I’ll take you and run.”

“Besides, I’ve made appointments with several people to meet at the Tian Xuan martial conference. You can’t expect me to stand them up, can you?”

Alfred Weaver looked resigned, “Alright, remember what you said. Never show off; if things go wrong, run.”

Carson Flores chuckled, “My life is precious, definitely… How long until we depart?”

“About two months.”

Carson Flores calculated, “There’s about a month on the road, totaling three months. Yes, that’s about right. I need to focus on my cultivation, strengthen to True Immortal Peak during this time, having a bit more strength will help me run faster.”

Alfred Weaver nodded, “Focus on your cultivation during this time. Don’t worry about other things. If you need anything, just let me know, and I’ll help you prepare…”
