The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

”Why?” Little Taotie stared at a spot in the bathroom and asked.

Gu Yixing blocked the view with his body to prevent others from seeing.

Little Taotie asked again, ”Sister, why do you want to die?”

”It’s too hard!” The receptionist forced a bitter smile, ”The entertainment industry is too hard, it’s too hard to rise to the top, I don’t want to live anymore, I’ve lived so tiredly, I want to be famous, this is the only way I can think of to become famous.”

Little Taotie was incredulous.

Couldn’t understand why someone would give up their life just for fame.

”You don’t understand?”

The receptionist’s current appearance as a ghost was very distressing, her hair was wet, her face pale, and her eyes bulged out from being soaked, with her whole face swollen.

”Hee hee hee... You won’t understand.”

”You became famous at such a young age, how could you possibly understand the feelings of someone like me, who can’t get a role no matter how hard they try, even if it’s just a role with a few lines?”

”Studying arts always costs more than other majors to begin with. My parents borrowed a lot of money to support my education, hoping to graduate me because everyone says stars earn a lot. They thought as long as I graduated, I could find acting gigs, and as long as I acted, I’d earn money and repay the debts, and their life would get better because of me.”

”But after graduation, I went to many theaters, but who would hire me? I had no experience, and though I was good-looking, there are way too many good-looking people...”

”I wasn’t willing to do those things that go against my conscience, so I couldn’t get roles.”

”Later, I finally met an agent willing to sign me, willing to give me a chance, and indeed they connected me with a few roles.”

”But those were all insignificant roles that did nothing for my acting career.”

”I wanted to refuse, but because of the contract, if I refused, I would have to pay. I forced myself to play those mistresses or roles serving drinks, and because of these unseemly roles, many men assumed I was really such a person and started to-”

Her voice became sharp, ”I will not compromise! I won’t compromise even if I die, but everyone is forcing me, even my parents are forcing me! The time has come to repay the money borrowed from relatives and friends, but the money I earn isn’t enough to eat, most of it is taken by the agent.”

”They want me... to compromise!”

”Is this something parents would say?”

”They actually want me to compromise, to repay the debts first!”

”They even think, because some actors stripped and became famous, then clothed again and remained famous, that this is also a way out, and wanted me to imitate those people! I don’t want to!”

”I studied acting properly, I graduated from a prestigious school, why should I take such a crooked path? I don’t want to, I don’t want to!”

”I want to be famous, I just want to... create some chaos, to be remembered this way, but I didn’t expect... I really died!”

”It was someone! Someone pressed my head!”

Little Taotie shouted, ”What did you say, make it clear! You’re saying you didn’t originally want to die, just wanted to bury your head in the pool to create some chaos, but someone held your head down, so you really died?”

”Yes!” The receptionist hugged her head, ”Why does everyone have to force me, why! No, no, I don’t want to die!”

”No... let go of me!”

”Who! Who held me down, I don’t want to die!”
