Chapter 1254: Chapter 1254: I Can Make Strawberry Cake

Li Dahe got excited: ”I know you~”

He mimicked a swimming motion, grinning: ”You’re the Little Mermaid~”

Little Taotie’s face flushed a little, and she nodded.

Helen leaned over, counting on her fingers: ”I was born in March, what about you?”

Little Taotie softly replied: ”I was born in August.”

Helen jumped high: ”Great, I’m the older sister!”

Tom patted his chest: ”I’m the eldest, Dahe is the second, Helen is the third, and Little Taotie is the fourth.”

Helen looked at her cartoon watch: ”When will the others come? It’s almost lunchtime, and I’m a bit hungry.”

Tom suggested: ”Let’s start cooking. When they come, we can eat together.”

Helen made a distressed face: ”I can’t cook.”

Li Dahe spread his hands: ”I can’t either.”

Tom looked hopefully at Little Taotie.

Little Taotie softly said: ”I can make strawberry cake.”

Tom’s eyes lit up: ”Then let’s make strawberry cake!”

Little Taotie’s little face turned rosy, happy to be able to help.

But when Tao Shen asked her to do it, the cake base was already baked, and all she had to do was squeeze the cream, slice the strawberries, and decorate.

Arriving at the kitchen, faced with cobwebs and dust, the four little ones were stunned.

Tom: ”At first, the living room was like this too, but Dahe and I cleaned it up.”

Li Dahe rolled up his sleeves: ”I’m the best at cleaning! After sweeping the floor and wiping the tables, mom always gives me pocket money!”

Helen imitated Li Dahe, picking up a broom to sweep the floor.

After only a few sweeps, the little girl started coughing delicately.

Li Dahe sighed: ”Third one, why are you sweeping towards yourself? If the dust rises, you’ll definitely cough! Learn from me, sweep the dust outside. Yes, just like that!”

Tom washed a cloth, giving one to Little Taotie, and kept one for himself, ”Fourth one, let’s wipe the tables together.”

Little Taotie obediently nodded, wiping the tables with this little brother. With her strength, it was clean with just one wipe.

Tom used a lot of force, his face turning red before he got the table clean.

Tom saw Little Taotie not even panting and gave a thumbs up: ”You’re amazing!”

While the four little ones were earnestly cleaning the kitchen, the fifth little one arrived.

Seeing the door open, he walked right in.

This was a carefree child, who brought nothing but himself.

”Is there nobody? Or am I the first to arrive?”

Zaizai got excited: ”Hehehe, I’m the first to arrive, first come, first served, I’ll be the boss here!”

Noise came from the kitchen, and Zaizai’s face fell: ”Someone got here first?”

He approached the kitchen door, peeking in, and saw four people cleaning. He didn’t go in, choosing to stay away from the kitchen.

”If I go in now, I’ll definitely have to help clean. No way, I’m not cleaning!”

”Mom said I’m lazy and need to reform here. I’m not reforming!”

”How about I find a place to nap first?”

”Hehehe, great idea!”

Zaizai muttered to himself, then comfortably lay on the sofa. Soon, he was snoring lightly.

The four little ones were exhausted from cleaning the kitchen, but it was lunchtime, and they were hungry too, so they had to continue preparing lunch.

Little Taotie searched around the kitchen, a bit confused: ”Why are there no little cakes?”

Helen froze, clutching her heart, asked shakily: ”Your strawberry cake relies on having little cakes as a base?”

Little Taotie nodded her little head: ”Just squeeze cream on top, decorate with strawberries... and it’s done!”

The other three showed despair in their eyes.

Tom hugged a bag of low-gluten flour, looking distressed: ”We need to start from this step, there’s no small cake as a base.”
