The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 910: Chapter 910: Revealing His True Face to Scare the Kids

Hua Jinyan, who was dragged away, remained very calm, not resisting at all.

The man drove the car, still wearing a mask without taking it off.

Through the rearview mirror, he looked at Hua Jinyan with those fox-like eyes; the boy’s calmness was unexpected.

But then again, considering the boy’s profile, a member of the Special Department.

Being overly calm and mature for his age, it seemed natural.

”You should know something about me, right?” the man chuckled strangely.

Hua Jinyan rubbed the Rainbow Relic on his wrist without speaking.

”Take the doll out of your backpack. I personally sealed her in there, no need to hide it from me.”

Hua Jinyan still ignored him.

Instead, Little Taotie poked her head out from the backpack, wanting to see what this bad guy really looked like.

Previously, he always wore a ghost mask, as if he was ashamed to show his face.

Little Taotie looked over and found he was actually wearing a mask, feeling greatly disappointed.

Still can’t see the face!

Hua Jinyan saw her poke out her head and reached out to push it back into the backpack.

Little Taotie was quiet for a while, then quietly poked her head out again, only to be pushed back once more.

They seemed to be playing whack-a-mole.

Seeing all this through the rearview mirror, the man sneered, ”Kids are always kids!”

The car stopped at an abandoned factory.

The place had been shut down due to illegal pollution, went bankrupt after paying fines.

The land was acquired by the man, who built a laboratory in the basement.

”Do you know why I chose this place?” The man seemed to be talking to himself, yet also speaking to the boy, even though the boy hadn’t responded to him at all.

The man answered his own question: ”There’s radiation here, it’s best not to have children within a year of coming here, as it easily leads to deformities.”

”Do you know what a deformity is?”

The man laughed strangely again, continuing to answer his own question: ”Abnormal appearances count, like missing limbs, conjoined parts, or having extra things, or maybe... a cleft lip.”

Little Taotie couldn’t contain her curiosity and asked, ”Cleft lip? Like a little rabbit’s mouth?”

”Heh heh, yes,” the man let out a creepy laugh, ”want to see it?”

He suddenly pulled down his mask.

Little Taotie was startled.

Hua Jinyan covered the little doll’s eyes, looking at him coldly, not revealing any fear or terror, nor showing disgust, but rather a gaze as calm as a still well.

The man seemed accustomed to eyes filled with fear, terror, disgust, and aversion; it was the first time he faced such a calm gaze as if looking at a normal person.

How laughable, it’s the first time in his life he’s shown his true face, the first time he felt like he was seen as a normal person.

”I am a deformity,” the man slowly spoke, his gaze heavy, seemingly trying to catch a hint of disgust from Hua Jinyan’s face.

But there was none, still just calmness.

The man suddenly felt very bored, shifting his gaze away and dropped the topic, ”I like doing experiments; as a member of the Special Department, you should be well aware of what kind of experiments I enjoy, right?”

Little Taotie exhaled, refusing to let the previous topic go, ”Did you turn yourself into this? Did you operate on yourself?”

The man didn’t expect the little doll to ask such a thing, shaking his head, ”It’s congenital.”

Little Taotie asked curiously, ”Can it be cured?”

The man was taken aback, then laughed, ”It couldn’t be before, maybe it can be now, but I haven’t sought treatment.”

”Why not treat it?” Little Taotie was very puzzled.

The man broke into a bizarre smile, ”It’s the best proof, representing the existence of Demon Clan bloodline in me.”
