The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 677: Chapter 677: Nervousness Causes Diarrhea

Some powerful Primordial Spirits? Extremely ferocious Primordial Spirits? Primordial Spirits with a heavy intent to kill?

Is Little Beast Bai Bai strong?

Is it ferocious?

Does it have a heavy intent to kill?

In Little Taotie’s dreams thus far, all she had seen was a cute and clingy Little Beast Bai Bai, following by War God’s side and acting charmingly. She hadn’t seen any signs of power, ferocity, or heavy killing intent from Little Beast Bai Bai.

But she still took Teacher Ma’s words to heart.

It still took Faith Power, only when Faith Power increased would those Merits be effective, otherwise, no amount of Merit was useful.

With final exams approaching, Little Taotie wasn’t exactly nervous, but her good friend Qiaoqiao was extremely nervous.

”Don’t be nervous, it’s just an exam.”

Qiaoqiao let out a breath, ”I wish I wasn’t nervous, but I am really nervous.”

”Have something to eat?” Little Taotie offered her candy and chocolate, ”My second brother said, the brain needs sugar to function, and nervousness needs chocolate to soothe the emotions, chocolate contains happiness factors.”

Qiaoqiao took the candy and chocolate from her hand, ”I’m just afraid something will go wrong during the exam.”

”What could go wrong?”

Qiaoqiao leaned in close to her ear, whispering softly, ”I might have diarrhea.”

”Did you eat something bad?” Little Taotie asked gently, ”Have you seen a doctor?”

Qiaoqiao shook her head, ”It’s not from bad food, it might be Irritable Bowel Syndrome.”

Little Taotie’s eyes widened in confusion, ”Irritable Bowel Syndrome?”

Qiaoqiao, aspiring to be a doctor, spoke fluently about medical conditions, ”Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a common functional disorder of the intestines. It means that the intestines themselves aren’t the problem, but they can often experience diarrhea.”

”Diarrhea usually occurs after stress, eating certain specific foods, getting cold, drinking alcohol, or eating cold food. Some people also experience abdominal pain immediately after eating, an urge to defecate, and the pain eases after using the restroom.”

”The treatment for Irritable Bowel Syndrome generally involves symptomatic treatment, avoiding greasy and cold foods, and you can take antispasmodic drugs, drugs to regulate intestinal flora, and people with anxiety can also take anti-anxiety drugs.”

Little Taotie looked enlightened, giving Qiaoqiao a thumbs up, ”You sound like a doctor.”

Qiaoqiao’s lips curved into a smile, softly saying, ”I’ve researched this problem.”

”Then what do you need to do now to relieve it? Take medication?”

”The exam is coming up, I haven’t prepared any medication, and my mom doesn’t allow me to just take medication.”

”Then what do we do?” Little Taotie suddenly clapped her hands, ”I’ve got an idea!”

Qiaoqiao looked at her puzzled.

Little Taotie rummaged through the drawer and found a bottle of room temperature yogurt, ”We don’t have the medicine to regulate intestinal flora, but yogurt should work too, right? Isn’t it said that yogurt contains bacteria that promote gut movement?”

Qiaoqiao had not tried it before, but also thought it was a good idea, and immediately drank the yogurt.

After putting down the empty bottle, she saw Little Taotie looking eagerly at her.

Little Taotie’s voice was filled with hope, ”How do you feel now, better?”

Qiaoqiao felt a bit relieved, the sensation of diarrhea was gone, and it seemed like her entire body had relaxed a bit, the previous abdominal cramp was nowhere to be felt now.

Qiaoqiao stood up, bounced a few times, and laughed, ”It seems like it really works!”

Little Taotie’s eyes sparkled, ”Then whenever you feel nervous and uncomfortable in the future, quickly drink a cup of room temperature yogurt to relieve it.”

The exam period was long, and while Qiaoqiao formerly suffered during tests, feeling tortured, she was much more relaxed this time, and her paper-writing speed was also very fast. Previously, abdominal pain during exams always interfered with her answering, blocking her train of thought, but this time she wrote as if inspired.
