The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 494: Chapter 494: Dark Horse Wins the Championship

After the six teachers finished their classes, the staff handed out cards for the students to score them. Meanwhile, the six celebrities were asked to wait in another room.

The staff were extremely surprised by the results but felt they could understand them.

When the staff opened the door of the room, they saw all six looking over with uniform gazes and flashed a professional smile, “Want to know who the best teacher is?”

The six looked at him, not answering.

“I won’t keep you in suspense, see for yourselves.” The staff handed over the scorecards.

Who would have thought that King of Film Xu, who taught the Chinese class diligently and properly, would come in last, Zhu Lu’s technically rich pantomime class second to last, Xiao Lingzhi’s class with first-rate knowledge of opera third to last, and Gu Yixing’s graceful but powerful sword dance fourth to last.

The image of Little Taotie smashing rocks with her tiny fists left the students in awe, her score for impression maxed out, missing the champion spot by just a hair, only one vote shy.

And the youngest, initially least favored and the one everyone prepared to coddle, Little Steamed Bun, turned out to be a dark horse, breaking through to take the prize as the champion!

Little Steamed Bun’s eyes widened, his round and shiny black orbs gleaming like two pieces of obsidian, “I… I am the champion?”

Little Taotie started clapping, “Little Steamed Bun is so awesome! So great!”

Praised by his favorite, Sister Little Taotie, Little Steamed Bun laughed out loud with delight, his cheeks flushed with the collagen of his apple muscles, the whole little guy trembling with joy, his laughter clear and pleasant, incredibly cute.

The director barked, “Quick, quick, give the two little cubs a close-up!”

The adorable sight of Little Taotie clapping, the crazy laughing fit of Little Steamed Bun, all were captured by the cameras.

The photographer exclaimed, “I really didn’t expect Little Steamed Bun to end up as the final big winner.”

The director said matter-of-factly, “It’s to be expected.”

The photographer asked, “Did you guess he would win?”

The director nodded, “King of Film Xu taught the Chinese class well, and the stories he told were captivating, but their regular teachers teach in just about the same way, nothing too special.”

“Cheng Lu’s pantomime performance was new and entertaining for them, something they had never experienced before, but it’s not something you can learn in one class, not very practical.”

“Xiao Lingzhi was too self-indulgent, although he had solid professional knowledge and sang well, he couldn’t correct the students’ pronunciations effectively. The kids who couldn’t grasp it would feel down. Not being able to sing well can lead to a loss of interest.”

“Top Gu’s sword dance was pretty good, elegant yet powerful, which the kids would admire and love, but it seemed like Top Gu was holding back, removing the essence of the dance, like bending at the waist, doing somersaults, jumping, and other difficult moves, probably to protect the children, but that brought his overall score down.”

“The kung fu of Taotie…” the director paused, not sure how to comment, then shook his head with a wry smile, “isn’t achieved in a single day, and even if those kids trained every day for a year, it’s unlikely they could match Taotie’s skill. But the rock-smashing performance was really good, the children’s scores reflected their love for her.”

“Little Steamed Bun’s painting, on the other hand, is different from the previous five contestants. Anyone can learn it, and it shows quick results. You can create a painting right there on the spot. In fact, whether it’s adults or children, something that shows quick results will be more readily accepted.”

“And these kids don’t have art classes, so they don’t really have any decent work to begin with. But this time, the Plum Blossom Painting they created can be taken home, hung up in the house, and shown off to the adults.”

“Which child wouldn’t like this kind of tangible reward, this sense of instant achievement?”

Hearing this, the photographer gave the director a thumbs up, “Spot on, high praise, you really know your stuff!”

Feeling proud, the director hummed, “Of course! How else could I be a director!”
