Billionaire: You're Telling Me You're the Crown Prince of Kyoto

41: Participating in the dating reality show, Heart Signal”Director Zhang, this is Mu Qingcheng from our company.”

”This is Jiang Chuan, one of the guests for this season.”

Sister Hua brought Mu Qingcheng and Jiang Chuan to find the Director.

The Director, known as Director Zhang, was a middle-aged man who looked to be in his early forties. He had short hair, a kind face, and eyes that showed wisdom and composure. He smiled, stood up to greet them, and shook hands with Mu Qingcheng and Jiang Chuan, welcoming them.

After Jiang Chuan and Mu Qingcheng met Director Zhang, Director Zhang told them that this Dating Reality Show had no script whatsoever. The only ”script” was that they would be given many tasks, and they just needed to cooperate and complete them.

”Director Zhang, is there really no script? I heard Sister Mi say that every time she participated in a variety show, there was a different script.”

Mu Qingcheng couldn’t help but voice her question.

”Teacher Mu, actually, we did prepare a script. But then we considered that this time it would be a live broadcast across the entire network, so we ultimately decided against it. You probably know that various situations can arise during a live broadcast. If there were a script, it would feel inauthentic, and the audience wouldn’t like it.”

”So, when you’re live, just show your truest selves, and it might have a good effect.”

Director Zhang heard Mu Qingcheng’s words and explained with a smile.

Mu Qingcheng also nodded.

Live broadcasting is indeed different from recording a variety show. If you’re not satisfied with a recorded variety show, you can adjust it at any time, or even delete it after recording is finished. But with a live broadcast, there’s no way to do that; once something happens, it genuinely happens, and there’s no way to adjust or delete it.

”Alright, Director Zhang, we’ll leave now and come back in three days.”

Knowing that there was no script for this season, Mu Qingcheng also breathed a sigh of relief. In fact, she would feel uncomfortable if she had to follow a script.

”Okay.”

Director Zhang also smiled and didn’t say much more; they still needed to install various cameras and set up the villa.

”Shall we explore the South Sea?”

Mu Qingcheng and Jiang Chuan left the villa together. She looked at Jiang Chuan beside her and asked with a smile.

”Sure, this is my first time at the seaside. Let’s go check out the beach.”

Jiang Chuan heard Mu Qingcheng’s words and agreed with a smile.

There were still three days until the Dating Reality Show officially began. They could fully enjoy exploring during these three days.

Jiang Chuan and Mu Qingcheng arrived at the seaside. Their good looks immediately caught the attention of countless people.

”I know a good seafood place. I’ll take you there.”

Jiang Chuan and Mu Qingcheng grew tired from walking, and the sky gradually darkened. She smiled and said to Jiang Chuan beside her.

”Okay.”

Jiang Chuan and Mu Qingcheng arrived at a seafood stall not far from the beach. Seeing that the stall was almost full, he couldn’t help but click his tongue.

Jiang Chuan and Mu Qingcheng found a spot outside the seafood stall and ordered some signature dishes. Just as they were about to eat and drink, Jiang Chuan’s phone rang.

”Where are you?”

Jiang Chuan saw that Xu Jia was calling, decisively answered the phone, and then heard Xu Jia ask directly.

”Seafood stall.”

Jiang Chuan didn’t understand the purpose of Xu Jia’s call.

”Wait for me ten minutes, I’ll be there in ten minutes.”

Xu Jia just said that, hung up the phone, and then drove to the seafood stall.

”What are you doing here? Even if you come to the South Sea, you can’t participate in the variety show.”

Mu Qingcheng saw Xu Jia’s arrival, gave him a look of disdain, and said directly.

”Can’t I just come out and play?”

Xu Jia didn’t care about Mu Qingcheng, he just grabbed a bottle of wine and gulped it down, then let out a casual laugh.

”Alright, you’re here, you’re here. It’s not bad for the three of us to eat and drink. When we participate in the variety show, you can go play by yourself.”

Jiang Chuan knew that if he didn’t intervene, Mu Qingcheng would definitely confront Xu Jia, so he immediately smoothed things over with a smile.

The three of them chatted and laughed as they enjoyed delicious seafood, drank refreshing beer, and felt the sea breeze, feeling very content.

Three days passed in a flash.
