Charm point maxed out, inheriting game assets

Chapter 1012: Chapter 411: Xue and Lingling [Thanks to “Ice Wind Valley” for the Silver Alliance Reward]

“Please take a seat, everyone.” Xie Shuyu gracefully gestured, “Let’s first have a brief communication about our requirements, and others will arrive shortly.”

“Okay, President Xie.”

Everyone successively took their seats at the conference table.

Tang Song naturally sat beside Xie Shuyu, opened his laptop, and connected it to the projector.

Wang Yunping took a deep breath and introduced, “These two are senior human resources consultants from our company, Li Wei, and Wang Jinan.”

“President Xie, hello.” (x2)

“Hello to both of you.”

“The main work ahead will be completed by the three of us together. We hope to help Glimmer Coffee smoothly complete this round of human resource adjustments and recruitment.” Wang Yunping then proceeded to introduce some of their previous work cases and achievements.

As he spoke, he studied Xie Shuyu and Tang Song across the table.

As far as he knew, Glimmer Coffee had secured a 40 million yuan investment, which was an astonishing figure for a chain coffee shop.

Many top brands at present had only raised this amount during their early funding rounds.

Looking at Tang Song across the table, the astonishment in his heart gradually engulfed him.

At the same time, he felt a sense of relief, thankful that he had retreated wisely and not continued to pursue this beautiful female president.

Someone who could put forward 40 million yuan in cash likely had assets exceeding 400 million yuan.

Compared to such a big figure, he, as just an employee, really was nothing significant.

After mutual brief introductions,

Tang Song whispered a few words to Xie Shuyu and then actively stood up, holding the PPT clicker, and walked to the front of the conference table.

The conference room was softly and brightly lit, making the whole space particularly clear.

Tang Song stood tall, his dark custom-tailored suit was simple yet dignified, perfectly accentuating his maturity and competence.

“Next, I will briefly introduce this [Glimmer Coffee Recruitment Empowerment Plan].”

This document was a plan he personally prepared yesterday based on the information provided by Xie Shuyu.

Now, his overall quality and ability fully qualified him as a business elite, no less than Xie Shuyu.

Moreover, in his “academic prodigy” state, he also took time to think about the subsequent development of Glimmer Coffee, making the process smooth and efficient.

In the meantime, he also had Knowledgeable contact DJRH, planning to give his friend, the female president, a big surprise.

Then, Tang Song began to introduce Glimmer Coffee’s expansion plan from multiple dimensions including subsequent store numbers, organizational structure, employee types, and market coverage.

Currently, Glimmer Coffee only had high visibility and reputation among coffee consumers in Yan City and a loyal customer base.

Thus, the initial leisurely stores and quick takeout stores would only be in Yan City, with an estimated addition of 30 new stores.

Besides, they would also build premium business cafes primarily in first-tier cities, including the Imperial City, Shanghai, Hang City, and Shen City.

The specifications would be higher than the current Glimmer Coffee, positioning them as flagship stores offering high-end, fashionable, and quality experience scenarios.

By strategically placing them in these core cities, they planned to build brand influence and scale effect.

While maintaining the professionalism and tone of premium coffee, they would also cater to the diverse needs of mass consumers.

Upon completing this expansion process, it was expected that the number of stores would surpass 50, with employee numbers exceeding 450.

Currently needed recruits included: training teams, supply chain management teams, beverage research and development teams, food research and development teams, and data analysis experts.

Once a national brand awareness was initially formed, a direct-operation plus franchise expansion model would be adopted subsequently.

The 40 million yuan investment had been wired, combined with Glimmer Coffee’s existing cash flow and bank loans.

The actual operational funds were substantial, fully capable of supporting the implementation of this plan.

Tang Song’s voice was deep and magnetic, his demeanor calm and confident, and his words concise and powerful.
