New Age Of Summoners

’Roar’

’Swoosh’

The turquoise crowned lion roared at the mutated spirit crane jumping at her.

’Swoosh’

”Brother Lion, we both have the same bloodline. Why are you trying to kill me?”

Even though the mutated spirit crane didn’t have great battle prowess, she is still a peak rank 6 spirit beast with a powerful bloodline.

So, she was able to escape from the lion’s pounce.

”Brother? How dare you call me that? You are nothing but my meal. As long as I consume you, my crowned turquoise king’s bloodline will increase.”

’Mane bind’

. ’Swoosh’

The lion became furious when the mutated spirit crane was able to dodge its attack. So, it scoffed at the mutated spirit crane’s previous words before using a powerful attack where the hair from the lion’s mane extended as it binded the mutated spirit crane.

”Now, where do you think you will escape to?”

The crowned lion mocked the mutated spirit crane before pulling the mutated spirit crane towards him.

”Leave me, you bastard.”

Soon, the mutated spirit crane started her curses and just when she was pulled near enough, she used a ’Beakstab’ multiple times and with the help of her long neck, she was able to blind the crowned lion.

”Roarr”

’Rrr’

Soon, the crowned lion roared in pain and jumped up and down.

Amidst that jumping, it released the mutated spirit crane from its mane hair.

”So, you still want to become his sister?”

Ajax slowly walked towards the mutated spirit crane and asked with a slight smile on his face.

’...’

The mutated spirit crane didn’t give any reply and looked at the crowned lion with an evil look in her eyes.

The thing is she wanted to accomplish the task given to her by the crowned turquoise queen and it was to gather all those who gained her bloodline and become stronger together.

Even though Aqua dragon wants to kill her, she hoped there would be others who had the same thoughts as her; however, from the looks of it, she was wrong and it nearly cost her life.

”Damn you...little bird. I am going to eat you.”

Soon, the crowned lion stopped roaring in pain; instead, he cursed the mutated spirit crane as he used his spirit senses to trace the mutated spirit crane and rushed towards her.

”I already had enough of you.”

’Slash’

Little blue was already annoyed that Ajax was mocking her for her earlier mistake and now the crowned lion is cursing her.

Finally, she couldn’t control her anger and with a swift slash from her wings, she cut the crowned lion’s head.

”Since you all want to increase your bloodline by eating others with the same bloodline, then I will do the same.”

While saying those words, the mutated spirit crane started devouring the dead crowned lion’s body.

’Is it a spirit crane or a devourer eagle?’

The very sight of the mutated spirit crane devouring the turquoise crowned lion was an eye-opener for Ajax as he muttered, ’Maybe it was affected by the devourer eagle king’s world’s essence of nature.’

It took exactly five minutes for the mutated spirit crane to completely devour the crowned lion leaving only bones on the ground.

’System, is there any change in the bloodline purity of this silly bird?’

Since all the spirit beasts that awakened the crowned turquoise queen’s bloodline after absorbing her diluted bloodline, were trying to consume one another to increase the purity of their bloodline, Ajax wanted to know how much the mutated spirit crane had increased her bloodline purity.

’Ding,

It increased by 3 percent and reached 95 percent.

Note:- The crowned lion had less than 50 percent purity bloodline.

’I guess, it is not back to increase three percent when the purity is above 90 percent. If the crowned lion had consumed the mutated spirit crane, it would have increased its bloodline purity from less than 50 percent to directly above 90 percent.’

’No wonder, the crowned lion didn’t bother to listen to the mutated spirit crane’s words.’

Ajax thought to himself seeing the system notification and he was no longer surprised with why they were so adamant about consuming one another.

”If you are done eating, let’s go.”

Ajax looked at his surroundings as he felt like someone was watching them; however, he didn’t find anyone in their surroundings.

Nevertheless, he didn’t want to stay here for long. So, he asked the mutated spirit crane to go with him.

”Where do you think you are going?”

All of a sudden, a group of five young men in blue-coloured formal robes appeared from various directions and surrounded them.

”Huh? It is none of your business.”
