The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 696: Chapter 696: I Want to Beat You Up (1)_1

Fang Tianze glanced over and immediately frowned, unable to hide the disgust in his eyes.

Yang Ruxin, on the other hand, was amused upon noticing a familiar face—it was the girl who had fought over clothes with her yesterday. She glanced at Fang Tianze and teased, ”Tianze, is she a relative of yours?”

”No,” Fang Tianze’s expression remained calm, ”Don’t bother with her.” After saying that, he took Yang Ruxin’s hand, ready to walk past Dai Xiyan.

Dai Xiyan, who had been initially pleased to see Fang Tianze, didn’t consider him a problem. In her heart, Fang Tianze was never an issue. If he was ignoring her now, she assumed he was just being moody. All she needed to do was lower her pride and act a bit coy, and then Fang Tianze, the boy, would easily fall for her. After all, when they were kids, it was always Fang Tianze running behind her, calling out ”Yanyan,” while she would disdainfully consider him weak. Even if she was angry about her family breaking off their engagement, she could just blame it on her parents, but...

”What is this bumpkin doing here?” Dai Xiyan originally came for Fang Tianze, but her expression soured the moment she saw Yang Ruxin next to him, especially because Yang Ruxin was wearing the dress she bought yesterday.

Yang Ruxin chuckled, ”If you’re here, why wouldn’t I be?

”Tianze, why is she here?” Dai Xiyan only then noticed how close Fang Tianze and Yang Ruxin were standing, and that he was holding a little boy’s hand, the same annoying woman from yesterday, ”Hurry up and get rid of her.”

”This is my home.” Fang Tianze frowned, ”It’s not your place to question who’s here.” He said, pulling Xiaofeng along to leave.

He did indeed enjoy playing with Dai Xiyan as a child because he had no other playmates, and it was truly fun to have a pretty little sister to play with. Even though she looked down on him every time, he would still follow her because his mother had said that this girl would be his wife for life.

However, as time passed and he grew up, realizing his failing health, he became clearer that this pretty sister genuinely disliked him. The only reason she reluctantly saw him was because of their parents. Gradually, his feelings faded, and when she called off their engagement, he felt sad for himself but wasn’t upset. Especially after he got better, he realized this once pretty little sister wasn’t that attractive after all, certainly not as beautiful as Sister Ruxin, and not even as cute as Mimi.

Yang Ruxin could only spread her hands in resignation at Dai Xiyan, then hurriedly followed after them.

”You...” Dai Xiyan was livid, having always been adored for her beauty since childhood. Never had she been ignored like this before. In a fit of anger, she quickly caught up to block their way.

”What do you want to do?” Fang Tianze scowled.

”This despicable woman has to leave,” Dai Xiyan pointed at Yang Ruxin, ”or else I will”

Yang Ruxin exhaled heavily, if not for the inappropriate setting, she really felt like hitting someone.

”You’re the despicable one.” Yang Ruxin stayed silent, but that didn’t mean others did. Zhou Xiao stepped forward, ”You dare insult Sister Ruxin, believe it or not, I’ll hit you?”

”I want to hit you too, you stole my sister’s clothes yesterday, and now you’re insulting her, you’re a bad woman...” Xiaofeng also roared defiantly.

Yang Ruxin looked at Xiaofeng’s indignant little face, and the way he was rolling up his sleeves, finding it incredibly cute. If it weren’t for the circumstances, she really wanted to pick him up and give him a kiss.
