I, the Destined Villain, Will Win Over the Female Lead Right from the Start

62: Chapter 62 I said this was legitimate self-defense... is that alright?Captain Chen looked at the anime cosplaying girl holding her head, then looked at Qin Yun, and said suspiciously.

”You wouldn’t have taken a liking to this girl and plan to take her away, would you? I’m telling you, it’s been confirmed that she deliberately caused harm. No one can take her away.”

Qin Yun sighed, ”Then I can only call Director Wang...”

”You can’t call anyone! This is the principle! If everyone was like you, wouldn’t society be in chaos?”

Captain Chen said righteously, looking as if he was about to eradicate all injustice in the world. Qin Yun didn’t argue with him and directly took out his laptop, pulling up the airport surveillance footage.

Although Captain Chen was surprised at how easily Qin Yun could access the video, when he saw the scene of Meng Ruxin sending Zhao Zixuan flying with a single palm, he immediately said.

”Look, look! The evidence is irrefutable. You have nothing to say now, do you?”

Captain Chen shouted excitedly, even his spit seemed to be flying out. Qin Yun said with a slight hint of disdain.

”Don’t get so agitated, you’re spitting on my face.”

As soon as Qin Yun spoke, a chuckle came from beside him. Turning around, he found that the young police officer he had just started mentoring this year couldn’t help but laugh.

Captain Chen’s mouth twitched, and he immediately said, ”Don’t change the subject. The surveillance video clearly shows this is intentional harm.”

Qin Yun revealed a calm smile, ”Would you like to take a closer look?”

”Hmm?”

Captain Chen was stunned. Qin Yun zoomed in on the screen, the camera focusing on Zhao Zixuan’s hand, which seemed to be trying to pull something. Captain Chen rubbed his eyes before he finally saw clearly.

This guy was trying to pull the strap of her dress on her shoulder. After Captain Chen noticed this, Qin Yun said softly.

”The situation is roughly like this: this man tried to flirt, but failed. He seemed to get angry and wanted to pull the girl’s clothes. You know, this is an airport. If her strap broke, she would be exposed in front of thousands of people.

She might even be photographed and posted online, her private life exposed, leading to rumors and dirty jokes... all sorts of things could happen. Haven’t enough people committed suicide due to cyberbullying? And Young Miss Meng Ruxin was just afraid of these things happening, which is why she accidentally hit him. I believe this can be called... legitimate self-defense.”

As soon as Qin Yun said this, Captain Chen’s eyes widened, ”Are you kidding me? This can be self-defense?”

”If a woman is assaulted and can’t resist, then... it’s time for this law to be amended. I remember Captain Chen has a daughter, right? She’s in high school. Imagine if your daughter was assaulted by a hooligan, accidentally injured him, and ended up in prison, while the hooligan even received compensation. Do you think that’s fair?”

Captain Chen’s eyes darkened as he stared at Qin Yun’s face, pondering for a long time, ”If I don’t release her, what will you do?”

”I will naturally hire the best lawyer, but with video evidence, it will most likely be ruled... legitimate self-defense! After all, in such a situation, even killing him would be excusable!”

”You...”

Captain Chen knew the influence of Qin Yun and the Qin Family, and what Qin Yun said this time was also reasonable. He then sighed.

”Let her explain what happened, then take her away!”

”Alright!”

A moment later, after Meng Ruxin left the police station, she lightly stepped on the ground outside, and an excited expression immediately appeared on her face.

”Oh yeah, I wasn’t locked up by the cops, this is great! Xiao Shang is really capable, thank you! You must be the reinforcement Xiao Shang sent, right?”

Qin Yun looked at the petite girl in front of him. Meng Ruxin was indeed not tall and had a baby face, making it possible for her to be mistaken for a middle school student.

Moreover, her figure was not as imposing as the previous ones; she looked more like an undeveloped student. Just then, the System’s voice immediately rang out.

[Ding, detected the presence of a Female Protagonist nearby. The urban mad dragon plot has been received, no need to receive the plot again.]

”System, start checking Meng Ruxin’s information.”

As soon as he finished speaking, Meng Ruxin’s panel immediately appeared before Qin Yun.

Name: Meng Ruxin
