Arceus's Pirate Journey

Udon Quarry was a large pit dug out from the middle of an exposed mountain body, surrounded by steep cliffs, with only one gate as the entrance and exit.

As long as this gate was guarded, outsiders could absolutely not break in, but he underestimated the so-called ninjas of Wano Kuni, leveraging the feigned attacks from outsiders, they actually climbed in.

These ninjas mostly relied on some strange tools to perform their so-called ninjutsu, but their training was indeed much more extensive than ordinary people. They might not fare well in direct combat like the Samurai, but they excelled in stealth and surprise attacks.

Although successfully infiltrating Udon Quarry, the following events caught them off guard. As ninjas, they were adept at unlocking, and it didn’t take long for them to pick open the doors of several prison cells.

But before they could rejoice, a siren blared within the quarry, and simultaneously, a few round shapes rolled down from the mountainside.

”What’s that!”

A few boulders were thrown out by them; Onix had long been sent to the underground of the Red Earth Continent, as Wano Kuni’s limited area was unsuitable for their growth, but the Geodudes still resided here. Upon noticing something amiss below, they initiated an attack first.

The released prisoners still wore shackles and were unable to help with anything, leaving the task of dealing with the Geodudes to the ninjas of the Imperial Court Guards.

After dodging the stones thrown by the Geodudes, the ninjas couldn’t help but question themselves.

”What the hell are those? Are all the creatures under the Hundred Beasts Pirates like this?”

As trusted ones of Orochi, they had seen other Pokemon, but the Rock-type Pokemon at the quarry were a first. Other Pokemon still bore animal or plant characteristics on their bodies, but here it was different.

Geodudes, besides being mobile, lacked any animal characteristics, leading them to conclude they were monsters.

”You all continue to release the prisoners, leave this to us.”

The alarm here would soon attract the attention of the pirates, not many in number, but the incoming pirates could easily lead to mission failure. They must release more prisoners before the opponents could react.

”Ninja Technique: Hellish Zither.”

Saying this, a woman launched an attack on the Geodudes. Although it sounded quite grand, in fact, it was merely a machine gun hidden within the zither.

As the bullets struck the bodies of the Geodudes, several Geodudes looked at each other, then scratched their heads in confusion.
