Is It Weird for a Guy to Apply to a Witch School?

They hadn’t entered the combat phase yet, so the atmosphere here seemed a bit leisurely.

If some desserts and black tea were set out here, one would think a group of students had gathered here for a Witch Tea Party.

If this scene were placed in any other Transcendent academy, people who saw it would probably be wide-eyed with shock, but this was the Witch Academy… everything seemed to become reasonable.

It was mainly because they were very at ease with Assistant Xiao Han, and furthermore, as rear command and dispatch personnel, they didn’t have much confidence in their ability to command this legendary Teaching Assistant.

They were mostly collecting information sent back to be used for later review.

They needed to move in the fastest and most efficient way; only by encountering mistakes and failures would they understand how a war should be fought.

They had the capital for such trial and error.

Everyone had a first time, and no one was qualified to demand perfection from them.

At this moment.

When the detailed messages on the Root Network completely disappeared, the brief messages on the Earth Vein system presented the general situation.

“It looks like they have left the Witch Academy territory.”

The Root Network provided more detailed information acquisition than the Earth Vein system; after all, it had actual roots as the carrier of information.

And the Earth Veins beneath the soil had varying densities; although they recorded extensively, unless the Earth Vein Appraisal Spell was personally completed with the power of the Great Tree of Knowledge’s main body, the analyzed information was simply unreliable.

Not long after the information of Special Task Force Zero disappeared from the Root Network, they received news of encountering the enemy.

Everything sent back was recorded by the new first-person message recording function loaded onto the Seed of Knowledge.

Along with the text records, there were also images sent back, letting them know immediately what was encountered on the front line.

Looking at the images of several students easily dealing with those Sun Rock Elves, a relaxed atmosphere was set for this trip.

However, from the fluctuations of Elf magic remaining in the air, it could be inversely analyzed that these were just a group of cannon fodder sent to their deaths; as long as they died, their mission was considered complete.

And the other side would then know the Witch’s invasion movement.

“Speaking of which, do we need to remind STF Zero to adjust their marching route? If they continue forward, they will undoubtedly encounter a firepower blockade pre-arranged by an entire academy.”

“And if they arrange some other flanking maneuvers, once they get entangled, casualties will inevitably occur.”

Although they all knew Assistant Xiao Han possessed powerful resurrection means, resurrection also consumed energy and magic power.

Even if the other party had self-generating magic power and didn’t worry about magic power consumption, the replenishment of energy still required consuming supplies.

For example, Mental Power recovery potions, calming aromatherapy, and so on.

However, the supplies they carried for this operation were all placed in storage equipment, easy to carry and in large quantities…

Well, they couldn’t think of any reason not to just charge in.

Within the Sun Rock Elf Academy territory.

Just from the name of this race, it could be seen that this Elf race had a special preference for light and rock.

Therefore, this area had large stretches of wasteland and desert; the Qunluosen Wasteland bordering the Witch Academy was merely a fringe area.

The region where human settlements were located was an artificial oasis; places beyond that were basically all arid regions, often stirring up sandstorms with significant coverage due to special terrain.

“Hmm?”

After passing through a small sandstorm, I looked up at a patch of empty space above.

Then I raised my hand and sent a Fireball, which transformed into a blazing pillar of light and pierced through something.

After that thing fell, someone behind me went over to catch it.

“What is this?”

“Such a precise structure; it seems to be a creation of a Mechanical Faction Wizard.”

“It looks like the Wizards’ live broadcast equipment has been shot down, huh?”

Someone soon recognized the object.

A mechanically structured Wizard’s Eye with anti-magic, anti-mental-power perception, and optical stealth.
