Is It Weird for a Guy to Apply to a Witch School?

”Lord Monroe... oh no! No... Chairman Monroe wants to meet you, Lord Calamity Witch.”

”He wants to meet me?”

I raised my eyebrows, somewhat surprised.

Previously, that Anti-Witch Cheryl said she had a way to get me to this Game World.

Could this chairman be that Anti-Witch’s... proxy?

Is it possible?

Possible... after all, as long as they are human, anyone can be instigated to defect.

But this is just a guess.

”Did he say why he wants to meet me? When and where?”

I continued to ask.

”This... he didn’t say. No time or place either. It seems just a temporary idea, or expectation. Maybe when the limelight passes, he will appear. Chairman Monroe’s means are still very powerful; being able to live until now is a strong proof.”

”Is that so? No wonder you mentioned this matter last. Forget it, just treat it as if nothing happened. Do whatever you should do.”

I casually dismissed Tang En.

And Tang En also left tactfully.

However, in a very distant place, my avatar got another task: besides exploring this Game World and locating the Myriad Worlds Terminal headquarters, also look for traces of Monroe.

Having sent away Tang En, all my attention at this moment was on the game cabin.

This was my first time playing.

That method of replacing players with avatars was ultimately too limited.

This kind of game cabin reminded me of using the Primal Dream State Pod back then.

Although the two are completely different, they seem to achieve similar effects.

Won’t die.

I lay inside the game cabin.

The internal design was very ergonomic and adjustable.

After all, people who buy things like game cabins are either rich or noble, so the service is naturally boundless.

Only ordinary people use that kind of head-mounted game device.

After closing the game cabin door, it would start directly upon detecting a player inside.

However, I didn’t just wait to access the game but observed these devices.

Tang En and the others might not have noticed, but I couldn’t ignore it.

I am an avatar, not a real life.

How is this game accessed?

What does it dock with?

Brain?

Consciousness?

Soul-substance?

Or just senses?

But based on my understanding, players cannot have life danger unless they encounter me, so players absolutely cannot be descending with Soul-substance.

So after the game started, I quickly learned its operating principle.

This game docks with life essence!

Which is the so-called Soul-substance, then synchronizes the five senses with the life essence...

As I understood deeper, my expression also became somewhat gloomy.

Because... with such a design, life in the game is completely handed over to this device!

Although life danger won’t occur, if the device has additional operation capabilities, then this situation will arise.

Holding the player’s life essence hostage!

It can even intervene to prevent them from leaving the game!

These things Tang En and the others never reminded me of; most likely, it’s a secret even they don’t know.

This made me immediately think of the association’s Banned Accounts.

If Banned Account players cannot log out and then the account is banned, isn’t it a different kind of consciousness imprisonment?

Thinking for just a moment, I roughly figured it out.

This is probably a trump card that cannot be used!

Once used, this means will become a sharp blade for the association to attack the headquarters!

If the game has danger, who would still play?

This would shake the foundation of the Game World society!

It’s just that the association hasn’t threatened the Myriad Worlds Terminal headquarters to that extent yet.

”Somewhat insidious and vicious design...”

I sighed, but still actively docked with the game.

Leaving aside that this is an avatar, even if there are means, I can undo them.

After all, such means are only excellent against ordinary people.

But even so, I took a precaution.

The docked avatar consciousness and the five senses synchronization are all my additional simulated avatar signals.

After all, I am a Lesser Witch who can reversely seize accounts from the player character level!

Even if it’s just an avatar now, dealing with game equipment is still very simple.

At this moment, I also looked forward to it a bit.

After all, this access is to another real world!

It can be said that the Game World is a weird existence, truly a model of buy one get many free!

Worthy of being a Medium World transforming towards a Large World.

If all these worlds are ”digested”, maybe it can reach the threshold of a Large World Cluster level?

But thinking about these is useless.
