Madam Li's Identity Is Exposed Again!

Chapter 1550: Chapter 1550: Is Li Qiyun Trying to Seize the CEO Position?

The next day, when Chi Enen woke up, news about Li’s Plutocrat had already exploded.

—— ”Stocks Hit New Lows Again, The End of a Business Empire Legend?”

—— ”Scandals Unceasing, Who Can Save the Collapsing Li’s Plutocrat?”

—— ”Super Wealthy in Turmoil, Stock Market Index Shaken, Shrimp in Trouble!”

At the same time, just when the employees of Li’s Plutocrat were nervously arriving at work, headquarters announced a major news——the heiress of the wealthy family, a current shareholder of Li’s Plutocrat, Vice President of Li, CEO of multiple companies such as AK and Sharp, Elder Miss Li, Li Qiyun, suddenly resigned!

If the stock market turmoil caused unrest among people outside.

Then Li Qiyun’s sudden resignation caused unrest among people within Li’s Plutocrat.

After all, compared to the cold and mysterious CEO of Li, who hasn’t been seen for six months to a year. This Elder Miss Li was much more approachable.

Not only did she frequently travel between various subsidiaries of Li’s Plutocrat, she could also often be seen at the head office.

All major and minor events, interviews of Li’s Plutocrat, she was always the one to step forward.

Li Qiyun was beautiful and capable, coupled with her strong work efficiency, which always earned the respect of supervisors from various departments.

Generally, whenever something happened, as long as it wasn’t a major decision, it would go through her procedures.

Now, Li Qiyun’s sudden resignation caused a significant chaos internally at Li’s Plutocrat.

Fortunately, at this moment, Li Nantian stepped up and started taking over Li Qiyun’s work, preventing the company from falling into complete disarray.

However, even so, rumors of a power struggle between The Crown Princess and The Crown Prince gradually started to circulate within the company.

Li Qiyun is Elder Miss Li, from both age and seniority, she is more qualified than Li Beijue to inherit everything from the Li family.

And Li Beijue, being the only male heir of this generation of the Li family, was also appointed by Old Master Li as the heir. Although he doesn’t routinely attend various company events, in major control aspects, the company flourished under his leadership, his ability indisputable.

Internally, it started circulating that the two originally maintained relatively good public relations, without infringing on each other’s territory, while secretly competing against each other.

This time, the true ruler of the Li family, Old Master Li suddenly fell ill and was admitted to the hospital. This intensified the secret competition between the two.

Li Qiyun wasn’t originally satisfied with not having inheritance rights and felt Old Master Li was unfair, so she seized this opportunity to force Young Master Li out.

When this claim first circulated, not many believed it, but as more people talked about it, more people started believing it.

Apart from this claim circulating internally, some forums, Weibo, and gossip tabloids outside also began hinting at the acceptance of this claim.

However, in those places, no one openly mentioned names in the exposé, using initials instead. Even so, many figured out who the super-rich family in the exposé referred to.

Li’s Plutocrat was already on edge, barely containing various types of gossip, and Li Nantian, due to numerous chaotic issues, couldn’t manage here. At this critical juncture, Li Qiyun, who was at the center of the storm, even accepted a media interview, vaguely indicating an intention to initiate a shareholders election for Li’s Plutocrat.

The so-called shareholders election, to put it bluntly, means allowing the shareholders holding this company’s stocks to elect the Chairman.

It’s generally a method used for dismissing a current CEO.
