Madam Li's Identity Is Exposed Again!

Chapter 1311: Chapter 1311: Baby Chi Is Getting Ready to Start Primary School

Chi Enen, both amused and exasperated, tapped his little head, ”Do you know what it means to capture someone’s heart?”

Baby Chi, not convinced by the tap on his head, was just about to retort, but Chi Enen had already stood up from the sofa, ”Alright, I know, I will try harder to make your dad remember. You just don’t worry about it.”

Baby Chi’s beautiful eyes widened. How could he not worry! She’s so clueless, it’s obvious she’s not the kind of woman who can catch a man! What if she fails to win over The Neighbor Old Wang and some other woman swoops in!

”Baby, I’ve found you a school. Starting tomorrow, you should get ready for school.”

”I don’t care whether I go or not!” Baby Chi’s attention was indeed diverted, and he pouted in displeasure, ”What’s there to learn about 1+1=2? I knew that when I was three.”

He’s already under the education of a teacher Grandpa Li found for him, systematically learning about stocks and investments, and has no need to sit foolishly in a classroom, listening to a teacher talk about addition and subtraction under 100.

Chi Enen knows he’s an unequivocal genius with unquestionable IQ. However, in this regard, she isn’t letting Baby Chi have his way and is resolute, ”No way, you must go to school. This is non-negotiable.”

”Why?” Baby Chi didn’t understand, ”Isn’t it the same to have the teacher Grandpa found for me teach me at home?”

After all, he doesn’t need a diploma.

He doesn’t want to waste time at school.

”There’s no ’why’. Tomorrow, I’ll have Butler Huo take you to school,” Chi Enen really meant it when she said there was no negotiation on this issue, quite unlike her usual agreeable self.

”Chi Enen, you’re not democratic!” Baby Chi immediately pressed his lips together tightly and, after shouting, he jumped off the sofa with a pout and ran to his room without looking back.

’Clack’, the room door closed.

Chi Enen turned to look at the tightly shut room door, rubbed her forehead, feeling a bit of a headache.

She knew Baby Chi was angry.

But in this matter, even if Baby Chi was angry with her, she didn’t plan to give in.

It’s true that Baby Chi is a genius, but a genius who grows up with no friends and in an overly mature environment eventually becomes an eccentric with a reclusive personality.

She doesn’t want her Baby Chi to grow up to be a reclusive person with no friends.

So, even though she knows Baby Chi has likely learned the knowledge taught at school, she still hopes he can learn with children his own age, at least be in the same environment. It doesn’t matter if they don’t learn together; playing together is good enough.

However, Baby Chi is too smart and sensitive, so she can’t directly tell him her thoughts. Otherwise, with his smart personality, he might misunderstand her as being bothered by his maturity and pretend to act immature to please her.

She didn’t want to make him sad, so she could only let him be mad and misunderstand her as being arbitrary.

Despite saying so, Chi Enen still didn’t feel very comfortable inside.

She pursed the corner of her mouth, took a deep breath, and adjusted her mood.

Forget it. Let him calm down for a bit. He’s just over 7 years old; he won’t hold a grudge for long. He’ll be upset this evening, but after a night’s sleep, he’ll surely forget by tomorrow morning.

Chi Enen thought of this and remembered she still had a lot of matters to handle regarding Ryan; there’s a meeting waiting for her there.

She didn’t delay any longer and returned to the study room.
