Madam Li's Identity Is Exposed Again!

Chapter 806: Chapter 806: Chi Ya is Going to Have Big Trouble (4)

Makeup artist has seen countless actors with great acting skills, but has never seen someone use those skills in this way. With a sneer, she didn’t let Chi Ya continue complaining. Instead, she directly said to Feng San, ”Director Feng, I’m honored that you thought of me for your new movie and called me to collaborate. I specifically flew back from overseas, originally intending to do a good job, but it seems it won’t work now. Director Feng, sorry, but I can’t do this job anymore. If there’s a chance, let’s collaborate on your next film.”

”Anna, don’t be like this; tell me what exactly happened. If there is a disagreement, we can adjust and clarify it. It’s not necessary to stop the collaboration. You know, we’ve worked together so many times, and I trust you greatly. It’s going to be troublesome for me if you suddenly stop.”

The makeup artist’s attitude was very firm, ”Director Feng, if I could do it, I definitely would. But I truly can’t. Your actors want to use feverjioney cosmetics, and they’re allergic to anything not feverjioney. I’m being honest, I don’t have access to feverjioney make-up items, even throwing me a slap.”

Was it really Chi Ya who hit her? Feng San was extremely angry.

The makeup artist was equally furious, bluntly saying, ”I’ve been in this industry for more than ten years and have worked with countless top artists. Honestly, even when doing makeup for international renowned brands, I’ve never encountered such impolite requests, let alone being hit. Today, out of respect for you, I won’t hold it against her. But as for the collaboration, it’s a no. I truly can’t work with her. If I tolerate this and continue to do her makeup, I might as well not stay in this business anymore.”

After saying this, the makeup artist stormed off.

Feng San called out a few times but couldn’t retain her, then returned to the Makeup Room with a stern face.

Chi Ya had already realized that this makeup artist was significant and that she might have caused trouble. Relying on her own identity and the favorable treatment she had received from Feng San recently, she still held her head high, acting as if she were not in the wrong, not waiting for Feng San to scold her, she started to complain, ”I did hit her, but she was the one who first said she wouldn’t do my makeup and was going to complain, which is why I got angry and hit her inadvertently. If she won’t do it, then so be it. Director Feng, you are an international famous director; there are plenty of people who want to work with you. If she doesn’t do it, there are plenty who want this job!”

She touched her face and said, ”Besides, I didn’t intentionally make it difficult for her. I genuinely can’t use anything less than feverjioney-level cosmetics; my skin will have an allergic reaction. In a few days, it’s the press conference for the start of shooting. When I have to announce the Main Cast in front of the Media, I can’t appear for the first time in front of the Media Reporters with an allergic reaction on my skin...”

Feng San shook off her hand, with extreme disgust, ”You say just not to use it? Anna is a gold medal stylist who won an Emmy, top-notch in creating characters. It is only with her that I feel assured about the actors’ character designs. Originally, she was working on a makeup job overseas for another drama crew, and I had to use connections to call her back! But you offended her the moment you arrived. Now that she’s gone, where am I going to find someone of the same caliber?”

Despite the anger burning inside her, seeing Feng San enraged, Chi Ya squeezed out a smile, retook hold of Feng San’s arm, and said with a resentment, ”No one knew she was that important. It just so happened my mood was bad just now, and with her attitude like that, I couldn’t help but move my hand. If it really doesn’t work out, I can always go apologize to her.”
