Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Capítulo 2251: Chapter 2246: Uncle, Save Me!

“Okay!” The two little ones answered in unison.

Yuan Yunong successfully separated the two children, Ning Chenyang followed Scarface, while Ning Chenguang followed Skinny Monkey.

As the two brothers got into the car, they exchanged a reluctant glance.

“Brother…”

“Guangguang! We will definitely see mom and dad again.”

“Mm!”

The two cars drove one after the other, and when they reached the fork in the road, the two vehicles parted ways.

Yuan Yunong drove one of the cars alone, following behind Skinny Monkey’s car. Although they were taking separate routes, she had to ensure the children were not lost.

This was her mission!

Between the two children, she somewhat preferred Ning Chenguang because he looked more like Hua Jin when he was little.

So, he followed Skinny Monkey!

The Coffee Guy figured out a way back on his own. As long as he returned to Nancheng City, his mission would be complete.

By then, he would just take a plane and leave the country, since his identity hadn’t been exposed, he could leave openly.

Scarface drove with Ning Chenyang, heading forward all the way.

On the road, seeing the little guy being so quiet, he decided to tease him: “What’s your name?”

Ning Chenyang didn’t speak, glaring at him with wide eyes.

“Don’t be scared! Call me Daddy, and I will make sure to protect you!” Scarface wickedly wanted to take advantage of the child.

Ning Chenyang still remained silent.

“You’re not talking? Are you mute?”

“…”

“If you don’t speak up, I’ll throw you out.”

“…”

All the way, Scarface tried hard to get Ning Chenyang to speak, but the little guy refused to say a word.

Asking made his mouth dry and he lost patience, so he simply stopped talking.

Up ahead was the police checkpoint. Scarface looked back at the little guy sitting in the back seat and threatened, “Are you mute? When we reach the front, you can’t answer anyone! Do you remember?”

Ning Chenyang kept silent.

“No response? Fine, you better be like that then! If you dare to say a word, I’ll kill you! Believe it or not, I can strangle you with one hand! If you want to see mom and dad, be good, and keep quiet!” Scarface roared with a vicious expression.

This time, Ning Chenyang finally nodded.

Only then was Scarface satisfied.

The car reached the checkpoint line, and four policemen were blocking the road ahead.

Scarface quickly parked the car to the side and rolled down the window: “What’s the matter, officer?”

“Step out of the car, routine check!” the police officer said.

“Alright!” Scarface turned back and glared fiercely at Ning Chenyang, signaling him not to speak out of turn, and explained to the police, “This is my son! The kid is not feeling well, we’re going to the city to see a doctor… it’s late, we were just heading back…”

“Mm!” The officer nodded. Their orders were to stop a car with a man, a woman, and a pair of twins.

But there was no such combination in this car.

“No problem, go ahead!”

The moment the officer finished his sentence, Ning Chenyang, who was sitting in the back seat, suddenly lunged at the officer, grabbing his clothing tightly and shouted loudly: “Uncle, save me! My name is Ning Chenyang, my dad is the head of the Infantry Regiment of the Group Army, his name is Qin Jian! My grandpa is the Commander of the Northern Military Region, named Ning Yibin! My mom is a heart surgeon at the PLA Affiliated Hospital, her name is An Hao! They are bad people, they separated me and my twin brother, planning to take us to the seaside! They want to smuggle us abroad!”
