Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 2099: Chapter 2094: The Laughingstock of the Whole School

”Your mom is truly amazing!” Yuan Yunong exclaimed excitedly. ”That’s awesome! The teacher is proud of you!”

”Chenyang, what about you?” Yuan Yunong turned to ask Chenyang.

Ning Chenyang shook his head, ”I’m not interested in that!”

If he’s not interested in something, he can remember it but won’t understand it.

Therefore, Ning Chenyang won’t bother remembering these useless things.

”But it’s a life-saving method!” Yuan Yunong replied.

”I know. It’s called the Heimlich Maneuver!” Ning Chenyang said accurately.

”Are you sure your mom never taught you this?” Yuan Yunong asked.

”Of course!”

When the teacher next door returned with the military doctor, they found the crisis had been averted.

”Oh my, running here almost killed me from exhaustion.”

”Thank you, Teacher Jin!” Yuan Yunong said as he stood up, ”Thanks to Ning Chenguang from our class, he knew that... rescue method.”

The military doctor gave Ning Chenguang a thumbs up upon hearing this, ”You did great! You saved a life today!”

Then he turned to the kindergarten teacher and said, ”Looks like you all need to learn properly too. Otherwise, if it weren’t for this little friend, even if I came, that little kid might not have been saved!”

..................

These events spread quickly in the kindergarten; by the time school ended and parents picked up the children, almost all the kids in the whole kindergarten knew.

Liao Ting arrived and picked up Wang Xiaohu to head home.

She saw kids on the road pointing at Wang Xiaohu, and some even covered their mouths, snickering.

”Wang Xiaohu? What did you do today? Why are the kids laughing at you?” Liao Ting asked.

”I didn’t do any...thing...” Wang Xiaohu felt embarrassed and stammered, unwilling to tell his mom.

”Didn’t do anything, so why are all the kids looking at you?”

”Because...”

At this point, a girl from Wang Xiaohu’s class ran seriously towards Liao Ting and said, ”Today, Wang Xiaohu tried to steal Ning Chenguang’s braised pork to eat, but ended up choking on it, almost suffocating... Luckily, the teacher saved him. But now, he’s become the laughingstock of the whole school... hahaha... A greedy little guy!”

”Stop talking nonsense! Let’s go!” The girl’s mom noticed Liao Ting’s face darken and quickly dragged her child away.

When they got home, Liao Ting asked Wang Xiaohu about what happened with a stern face.

Wang Xiaohu told his mom everything truthfully.

As a result, when Wang Zhong heard this, he grabbed Wang Xiaohu, pinned him to the bed, pulled down his pants, exposed his butt, then started spanking him fiercely, ”You useless brat! Learned to steal others’ food now? Aren’t you taken care of at home?”

”Stop hitting him! Is he your son or not? Sometimes I wonder if Wang Xiaohu was picked up by you!” Liao Ting angrily tried to intervene.

Wang Zhong glared at her, not showing any friendliness, ”I come back three times a year. If this kid wasn’t mine, then whose is he? If he dared to be someone else’s, I’d beat both of you!”

Wang Zhong gave Wang Xiaohu a hard beating, and Wang Xiaohu’s butt almost got blisters.

With this, Wang Xiaohu put the blame back onto Ning Chenguang.

This incident spread throughout the compound, and everyone knew Ning Chenguang’s young age was capable of saving people.
