I Have A Cultivation World

Although with Chen Mobai’s current status, Nangong Xuanyu shouldn’t refuse him, handling the item felt unexpectedly smooth. After placing the Primordial Yang Treasure Bead in safekeeping, he solemnly performed an ancient Daoist courtyard ritual in appreciation to Nangong Xuanyu.

”If you can achieve Divinity Transformation, you can prove that the Pure Yang Scroll amended by the Yuan Yang Ancestor is the greatest Deity Transformation Technique within the Immortal Gate.”

To this, Nangong Xuanyu gave a reason that Chen Mobai did not expect.

”If I achieve Divinity Transformation, I’m willing to be listed as a teacher at the Pure Yang Academy to teach Pure Yang students here.”

Their grudges were completely settled in the last war. Chen Mobai thought of how he reached this point and felt that the Yuan Yang Ancestor, who lowered the Pure Yang Scroll’s cultivation threshold, has great merit, and he wanted to give back.

However, the Yuan Yang Ancestor left no descendants, only this academy.

”Hmm.”

To this, Nangong Xuanyu simply nodded and it was unclear whether he was happy or unhappy.

Yet, Chen Mobai was very happy, and just when he was preparing to leave, Nangong Xuanyu couldn’t resist speaking up about another matter.

”The Little Red Sky server is upgrading, and the Yuan Yang Sword is about to be extracted. As the Immortal Gate’s first Flying Sword and a supreme treasure of the Pure Yang Academy, I hope to retrieve it.”

So, there was also this need.

After hearing what Nangong Xuanyu said, Chen Mobai couldn’t help but frown slightly. But the item does indeed belong to the Pure Yang Academy. Even though Chen Mobai was granted permission during the war, if he wanted to rightfully keep the Primordial Yang Sword, he would have to return the Sea-settling Sword.
