The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 607: Chapter 607: Take Her to Eat Something

He hadn’t yet figured out who this person looked like, and suddenly saw Xiao Xue in front of him turn her head sharply, back facing the person.

He was momentarily stumped, what’s going on? Who is this person...

Suddenly, Xiao Han finally realized who this person was, who else could appear in Liuyun Hall!

Xiao Han quickly bent down to salute, ”Disciple Xiao Han greets the Sect Leader, Sect Leader, please forgive me, disciple did not mean to offend, please Sect Leader...”

He hadn’t finished speaking when the person had already approached, and his next words were suddenly stuck.

Su Yu bent down and picked up Xiao Xue, who was turning her back to him, and said warmly, ”We meet again.”

Xiao Xue quickly covered her face with her chubby little hands, shaking her head and mumbling, ”No, no, we haven’t met, I’m leaving now.”

Mother had specifically instructed her not to go in front of father, not to recognize him, and not to ask why.

So... she was really just a bit curious and wanted to sneak a peek at her father today, that was all. She didn’t expect that just as she sneaked in, she’d be caught by her father.

Xiao Xue’s first feeling was... she’s done for, if Mother found out, she would definitely get spanked!

Su Yu used his fingers to move her chubby hands, making her face him, and asked gently, ”Why are you here? Is anyone with you?”

A grumbling sound was the only response Su Yu received.

The little girl was truly hungry now.

Xiao Xue’s little face turned beet red, oh, how embarrassing, her stomach growled right in front of Father!

The little girl couldn’t help but use her chubby little hands to cover her face again.

Su Yu caught her hand that was about to cover her face, ”Hungry?”

The little girl blinked with her round eyes and nodded.

Su Yu turned around with her in his arms and started to leave.

Xiao Han was completely at a loss for what was happening, but he was the one who brought Xiao Xue, the Sect Leader wouldn’t punish Xiao Xue, right?

He hurriedly explained, ”Sect Leader, Sect Leader, Xiao Xue is just a child, it’s disciple who brought her, if you’re going to punish, punish disciple instead!”

Su Yu stopped in his tracks, not turning his head, merely saying coolly, ”You go back first, I will take her to get something to eat.”

Xiao Han...

The Sect Leader spoke to him? The Sect Leader didn’t punish him? The Sect Leader said he would take Xiao Xue to eat?

But... Why? He’s breaking the sect rules, and yet the Sect Leader just let him go so easily?

Xiao Han pinched himself hard on his arm, is he dreaming?

When he raised his head, the Sect Leader was already gone.

Xiao Han wanted to go back, but thought of Xiao Xue being taken away by the Sect Leader, and couldn’t move his legs. Xiao Xue was, after all, brought by him. Even if the Sect Leader wouldn’t punish her, he couldn’t just leave Xiao Xue behind! No matter what, he had to wait to take Xiao Xue back!

The Sect Leader said... he would take Xiao Xue to eat? Then he would just wait here.

Su Yu carried Xiao Xue to the dining table in Liuyun Hall, but the table was empty, there was only a pot of cold tea.

He felt a bit apologetic, put Xiao Xue down, let her sit on a chair, and whispered, ”There’s nothing to eat here, wait a moment, I’ll cook some noodles for you, okay?”

Xiao Xue obediently nodded, she wanted to say okay, wanted to call him Father, but remembered Mother’s words and forced back everything she was about to say.
