The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 603: Chapter 603: Xiao Xue’s Plan

Xiao Xue tugged at Xiao Han’s sleeve, shaking it as she looked up at him, ”So big brother, can you take me to have a look? I promise I’ll be very good, I definitely won’t cause you any trouble. I’ll just take a glance, and I’ll definitely be back before dark. If I’m late, my mother will scold me, so I’ll only go for a little while, really just a little while. Big brother, please?”

Xiao Xue had always been a clever child. She remembered Xiao Han’s attire; the disciples outside her father’s room wore the same clothes the first time she went to see him. She also knew of the Spirit Flame Sect; though her mother hadn’t explicitly told her, she could infer it from the conversations around her that her father was also in the Spirit Flame Sect.

Especially today, the words her mother spoke to Youyou made her even more certain that her father was on that mountain.

Although she promised her mother not to acknowledge her father, she figured it would be okay to sneak a peek at him.

As long as she returned before dark, her mother wouldn’t blame her.

Therefore, Xiao Xue was determined to have Xiao Han take her back to secretly see her father.

However, she couldn’t let Xiao Han know her true intention, so she could only look at him with a cute and pleading expression.

Xiao Han was at a loss. He really couldn’t bring strangers back, even if it was just a child. If the sect brothers discovered it, he would definitely be punished, and in serious cases, might even be expelled from the Spirit Flame Sect.

He was from a noble family in Western Qi Country, and his family went to great lengths to find a master in the Spirit Cultivation Realm and sent him to learn at the largest sect due to his decent talent. Over the years, he had been performing well and was relatively valued by his master.

If... if he made such a big mistake and violated the sect rules...

Xiao Han felt a bit troubled.

But facing that adorable little face, he just couldn’t bring himself to refuse.

Besides the main entrance, there were many small paths to the mountain. He knew of a small path leading to the highest peak, Yunrao Peak. He had heard that the Sect Leader’s Liuyun Hall was on that peak. However, there were barriers around Liuyun Hall, and ordinary people couldn’t enter the hall. Moreover, it was said that the Sect Leader liked peace and had explicitly forbidden anyone from disturbing him, so no one went to that peak.

In his three years at the Spirit Flame Sect, he had never seen the Sect Leader either, so he wasn’t sure if the legend was true, that the Sect Leader never left Liuyun Hall.

He thought that if he wanted to take Xiao Xue to see the scenery, going elsewhere would definitely get them caught, as Xiao Xue was alive and couldn’t be hidden. But if they went outside Liuyun Hall, they wouldn’t be found.

Yunrao Peak was almost a forbidden area for the Spirit Flame Sect, so typically no one would go there.

As long as they didn’t go into Liuyun Hall, they definitely wouldn’t be discovered. Just standing halfway up the mountain to look at the scenery, and quickly coming down, should... be alright, right?

So Xiao Han gathered his courage and nodded, ”Okay, I’ll take you to have a look, but... you must be obedient. We absolutely cannot be discovered, or I’ll be done for. Understand?”

Xiao Xue obediently nodded immediately, ”Mhm! Xiao Xue will be very good and will definitely not cause big brother any trouble!”
