CEO's Reborn Wife

Then she stood up from the ground level and cheerfully went to the living room to find the supermarket shopping bags to pack snacks.

When the luggage was all packed, Jane Sampson filled two shopping bags with snacks, and placed them quietly next to her suitcase.

James Black glanced at her snacks but didn’t say anything, which made Jane particularly happy as she hugged James Black and laughed.

These were all bought for her by James Black. Although there’s no spicy strips or anything, the jelly, small cookies, dried meat, and fruits were enough to make Jane Sampson happy.

Some of these snacks were intended for the girl from Shirley Young’s home, but Shirley’s family had unexpected matters at noon and couldn’t come over, so the snacks ended up in Jane Sampson’s hands.

After washing up, Jane Sampson went to bed early, lying next to James Black. While she was in the bath room, Rock Bell called her, so she needed to return Rock Bell’s call after coming out.

Rock Bell had only one thing to discuss with Jane, which was the time and location for Jane to attend the publicity event for ”The Sound and Shadow”.

”The Sound and Shadow” has wrapped up filming and entered the promotion stage. As the leading actor, Jane Sampson, along with James Carter and the director, need to participate in some shows for promotion.

”I’ve sent the detailed promotional information to your email. If you have time in the next two days, take a look,” said Rock Bell. ”James Black just mentioned that you both are going to the guard team tomorrow, right? That’s good, there are many reporters outside now who want to chase you, so staying with the guard team is safer.”

”Okay, Sister Tin, don’t worry, I’ll definitely take a good look,” Jane Sampson replied. She never slackens when it comes to work. Then, she remembered something and asked, ”I’m going abroad for a while; the promotional time shouldn’t clash with my trip abroad, right?”

”No, we specifically arranged the promotional times to avoid your travel dates, and the director is waiting for you to stand beautifully by his side,” Rock Bell smiled and also discussed Jane’s next new drama with her.

In the entire circle insiders, Jane Sampson is absolutely the queen of popularity and topics among female artists. Although her debut time is short, her popularity remains high.

That’s why Rock Bell has a pile of scripts for Jane, and they all compete to have her play the female lead.

Unfortunately, Jane Sampson is the calm-minded actor of the circle, and diligence doesn’t really fit Jane.

After all, few newcomers work like Jane Sampson does; after finishing a show, she takes a three-month break, completely unafraid of cooling down after not appearing for those months.

”Since you’re not in a hurry to start working, I’ll slowly select the scripts for you. We prefer quality over quantity,” said Rock Bell. ”I’ll let Coco bring you the scripts I have right now. If you’re interested, take them. If not, hand them to other artists in the studio.”

”Sure,” Jane Sampson agreed without any dissatisfaction.

Her purpose for entering this field has already been fulfilled.

Nowadays, she truly approaches this work with passion.

So she’s no longer in a hurry to climb up and can finally slow down, free from pressure, doing what she loves.

With Jane Sampson as a living signboard, the studio’s artists hardly worry about not having shows to do; some shows Jane doesn’t take, Rock Bell always finds a way to secure them for others.
