CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1928: Chapter 1936: Was I Too Sensitive?

Coco Edwards replied quickly, ”Sure, I’m actually interested in the wild fruits here. I’ll take Harry Little Money for a walk this afternoon.”

Although Coco Edwards and Jane Sampson haven’t known each other for long, their personalities match well, and they already have a strong connection.

When she heard Jane Sampson talk about buying, she understood what Jane meant.

Looking for fruits in the town and buying wild fruits from the mountain also provided a reason to wander around the town, a reason not easily arousing suspicion.

Moreover, when Jane Sampson spoke, her voice wasn’t particularly low, she didn’t deliberately lower her voice.

This indicates that Jane Sampson hasn’t found the person stalking her, unsure whether that person left or hid among the crowd. This statement was also meant for the stalker to hear.

Additionally, by suggesting Coco Edwards and Harry Little Money go buy fruits that afternoon, Jane Sampson told Coco Edwards that she hadn’t spotted anyone suspicious, but the feeling of being stalked was still strong.

Coco Edwards believes in a woman’s intuition.

What’s more, Jane Sampson grew up in the guardian team’s family. Since childhood, she followed the two Old Sirs in and out of the base, her sensitivity is definitely beyond that of ordinary family children.

With the topic of buying fruits changing, Jane Sampson chatted with Coco and Harry Little Money about their upcoming schedule. A few minutes later, the three arrived at the vehicle arranged by the film crew, and Jane Sampson bent over and got into the car first.

The film on the car window has an anti-peeping effect; from the outside, it’s completely dark, but from the inside, you can see outside clearly.

Jane Sampson unscrupulously surveyed the crowds behind Coco Edwards and Harry Little Money but still didn’t see anyone suspicious.

After searching around, Jane Sampson withdrew her gaze, her eyes lowered, her brain turning continuously.

Is she too sensitive and mistaken?

Or did that person leave after following for a short while?

After closing the door and Coco Edwards got in the car, she typed a line on her mobile phone.

How’s it going?

After Jane Sampson read it, she shook her head at Coco Edwards.

—Then let’s be extra careful these days. You shouldn’t leave the area around me and Harry Little Money.

”Okay.” Jane Sampson responded with a nod.

The first person she thought of was James Black, who was also in the area, unaware of what task he was executing here.

Jane Sampson worried that, when she was at school with James Black that day, someone might have seen them, which led to the tracking?

Or is it simply a crazy fan?

Other artists also often encounter irrational fans, stalking and the like are common occurrences.

Jane Sampson hoped it was the latter.

Meanwhile.

James Carter, after finishing his scene, sat down with a headache and rubbed his temple, looking at the storm on twitter.

Approximately two minutes later, he took his mobile phone to a deserted corner and directly made a call to Jillian Carter.

The phone beeped a few times before it was answered.

”Hey, Brother~” Jillian’s voice came through with a hint of coquetry, ”Why did you suddenly have time to call me, missing me? But I’m recently busy with company matters, no time to visit the set.”

James Carter didn’t bother with too many words with Jillian Carter and asked directly, ”The matter about Mandy Forest’s marriage, was it you who leaked it?”
