CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1789: Chapter 1797: To Miss or Not to Miss

”It went smoothly, it’s like suddenly I got the hang of it, once I found the feeling, I felt I could manage it well.” Jane Sampson laughed softly, ”The director said I’ve improved really fast, and today he even said I’m in good shape and acted well.”

Jane Sampson didn’t realize at all that when she said this, she was like a little child waiting for praise.

When she heard James Black really praised her on the phone, she immediately hugged her mobile phone and giggled.

It’s no exaggeration to say, if she had a tail at that moment, it would be wagging proudly.

”We haven’t seen each other for half a month, you...” Jane Sampson’s voice gradually softened, hummed, then spoke again, her voice as light as a mosquito flying, ”Did you miss me?”

James Black’s expression, which had already softened, showed a smile on his face, and then he hummed in response.

”Is ’hmm’ yes or no~” Jane Sampson’s voice carried a hint of coquettishness, ”If yes then yes, if no then no, what does ’hmm’ mean~”

James Black couldn’t help but laugh, ”Yes, happy now?”

Not just yes, if it weren’t for enough self-control, he would have wanted to pull her back from the film crew.

She had stayed in the dormitory for a few days, and her stuff was everywhere in the dormitory.

Her lipstick was casually placed on his bedhead cabinet, and in the bathroom, her daily necessities had already pushed his to a pathetic corner.

When he was cleaning, he could still sweep out her long hair from in the bed, under the bed.

The quilt and duvet cover were all covered in her scent.

The wardrobe still had the scent of her favorite perfume.

Everywhere was a trace and breath of her.

So, how could he not miss her?

”Happy~” Jane Sampson happily hugged her mobile phone and rolled on the bed, ”Sister Tin asked me to participate in the Twitter poll event, if I can win the award, then I’ll take leave to go back to Capital Province to participate in this event, so, maybe, in half a month, you’ll see your Jane Sampson!”

It’s not just James Black who misses her.

Similarly, Jane Sampson also misses James Black.

Especially at night, during the first few sleepless nights, she particularly missed the sense of security of closing her eyes and letting James Black lead her around the room.

Because he is James Black, so, even with her eyes closed, being a temporarily blind person, she wasn’t scared at all.

Because she knew, he wouldn’t let her get hurt.

When she was in the dormitory, even though she tried several times to walk with her eyes closed, she didn’t truly feel the inconvenience the blindness brought to her life, which is also why ever since joining the film crew, she always couldn’t find the feeling.

Because she trusted James Black too much.

”Hmm.” James Black responded, keeping the half-a-month period in mind.

In half a month, his little Jane will be coming home for two days.

”You’re still busy outside, so I won’t disturb you, finish your work early and rest, don’t stay up late working.” Jane Sampson could still hear the noise from the other side on her mobile phone, so she didn’t continue to nag James Black.

After saying good night to James Black, she quickly hung up the phone.

Not because she was afraid of delaying James Black a few more seconds.

But because if she doesn’t hang up, if they continue to talk, she would be reluctant to hang up.

When one person is thinking about another in their heart, they wish they could look at him every moment.

The next evening at eight o’clock, the Twitter Night voting activity officially went online.

Jane Sampson quickly reposted the official twitter to rally votes for herself, and the studio also helped by forwarding it together.
