CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1600: Chapter 1608 Finally Improved

The three single villas are selected at a distance from one another, which means if all three villas have guests, there won’t be any issues of mutual interference.

”Look at her proposal, she’s planning to create a high-end countryside home stay. Check out the management and service section in her proposal; it’s detailed and quite creative.” Jane Sampson pointed at Bright Sampton with her lips, ”Hiring professional British butlers, with the catering department sourcing as much as possible from the village, focusing on green organic Chinese cuisine.”

Jane Sampson, a person studying and working in music, finds it naturally challenging to grasp the essence and the pros and cons of these proposals.

So she skimmed the general content, looked at what she could understand and comprehend, and then lay down on Bright Sampton’s bed, staring at Bright Sampton who was seriously reading the proposal.

Bright Sampton has consistently had good grades at university. His sudden decision to take a break and participate in competitive gaming was something that took Jane Sampson by surprise.

Watching Bright Sampton reading and simultaneously taking notes with paper and pen, Jane Sampson thought that with Bright Sampton’s capability, if he exited the economic circle in the future, in business, as long as someone guides him, he will soon stand alone.

Jane Sampson’s mobile phone was left outside, and with Bright Sampton still reading, Jane Sampson didn’t want to speak and interrupt him. She was lying there, almost drifting off to sleep, before waiting for Bright Sampton to finally say he was done.

”Finally done?” Jane Sampson sprang up from her lying position, rubbed her eyes, ”Let’s go out, then.”

Bright Sampton gave a slight nod, then pulled Jane Sampson out of the room, his face showing a bit of excitement.

”Finished so quickly?” Granny Sampton waved at the siblings when she saw them coming out.

”This is quick?” Jane Sampson glanced at her watch, ”It’s almost been one hour.”

She almost fell asleep inside.

”How is it?” Granny Sampton looked at Bright Sampton and Jane Sampson with anticipation.

”Let Bright speak.” Jane Sampson proactively gave center stage to Bright Sampton.

Bright Sampton sat directly in the middle without any hesitation and began to speak, ”I briefly looked over the home stay proposal, and just now in the room, I even asked my friend to check some information. I think it can be done, but some areas need amendments.”

Bright Sampson was indeed interested in this home stay, ”However, to create a high-end home stay, an investment of two to three million is too little, so we need to increase the investment. Plus, regarding using this home stay to address village employment needs, I disagree. In terms of employee selection, especially for accommodation and catering, my opinion is not to employ villagers from the home village, thus preventing villagers from forming cliques at critical positions, causing management difficulties. We should recruit from society, and before starting work, employees must undergo professional job training. Only after meeting employment requirements can they formally start.”

”This...” Leah Webster didn’t expect Bright Sampton to immediately negate her arrangement to provide employment opportunities for villagers.

”I understand this village, so the intention was to contribute something to the villagers. However, the positioning of your home stay is high-end, not the kind where you can stay for two or three hundred bucks a night. The cultural level and personal quality of villagers definitely do not reach high-end service standards. This, you cannot deny.” Bright Sampton held firm on this point.
