Rebirth in the 90s: Her Counterattack and Redemption

Chapter 1017: Chapter 594: Decision / Tian

”Amy’s hand was manipulated by Liu Yiming, and Liu Yiming happens to be your husband. So, how do you explain this? Moreover...” Monique’s eyes narrowed dangerously, ”the most crucial point is, Liu Yiming was originally Amy’s suitor, and suddenly became your husband, and treated Amy that way. Lisha, you’d better come up with a good excuse.”

”Brother, do you have Amy victimization delusion? Why do you insist on labeling us? Indeed, Liu Yiming was originally Amy’s suitor, but he approached Amy just to pursue me.

Originally, I didn’t like him either, but as you ignored Alice and me more and more, I got increasingly disappointed and just wanted to find a man and get married.

It so happened that there was a handsome man in front of me who treated me well, so you say, was this choice hard to make? As for how he treated Amy, I think maybe it was to please me?

Plus, if I really wanted to target Amy, I should have called the police immediately after Liu Yiming died. So why cover it up so painstakingly? What do you think I’m plotting?”

Alice quickly chimed in, ”Yes, sister behaved like this, she knew brother liked Amy and was deliberately trying to please him.”

”Didn’t you say you didn’t know?” Monique sneered coldly, ”You’d better not let me find any evidence, otherwise, being my sister won’t help. Get out of the car!”

Watching Monique’s car speed off recklessly, Alice looked at Lisha anxiously, ”Sister, what should we do? What if brother finds out?”

”Find out what?” Lisha shrugged, ”Let’s go, go see mom. The lawyer will come tomorrow, so perk up.”

...

”...60% of L.L’s existing shares to be inherited by Luo Lian and Amy.

15% of L.L’s existing shares to be inherited by George and Monique.

10% of L.L’s existing shares to be inherited by George and Lisha.

10% of L.L’s existing shares to be inherited by George and Alice.

5% of L.L’s existing shares to be donated to the social welfare institute...”

After listening to this will, not only were Lisha and Alice shocked, even Monique was incredulous, he even suspected this was something Emma did in an unsound state of mind.

Emma weakly smiled, ”Yes, this is my latest decision, 60% will be inherited by Amy. Rather than say it’s an inheritance, it’s more like a return, as this was originally Amy’s property.

Over so many years, it has grown tenfold, but without the original foundation, we wouldn’t have had this opportunity at all.”

”Mom, isn’t this a bit unfair?” Alice stepped forward, ”Even if you want to return it, it doesn’t have to be done this way, right?

The three of us together don’t get as much as Amy does alone, like this, will L.L still have our voice? Mom, how do you expect us to continue at L.L? How could we face staying there? ”

”It’s settled this way.” Amy waved her hand, ”I’m tired, everyone out.”

”Mom...”

Emma apologetically looked at the lawyer, ”Lawyer Mona, sorry for the trouble.”

”Okay, Mrs. George, have a good rest, I’ll take my leave.” Mona quickly picked up her bag and left. As a lawyer, this will also surprised him, and he could see that the other side had a tough battle to fight. As a lawyer, he could only cooperate.

”I’ll emphasize again, my mind is made up on this matter.” Emma leaned back, ”This is completely done according to the agreement of the past...”

”Mom, are you treating us like this for the so-called redemption?” Alice wiped her eyes, ”Aren’t you being too selfish?”

”That’s right, mom was too selfish before, that’s why she treated Amy that way, even though she knew her talent was higher than yours, she forced her not to show it.

If it weren’t for mom, she would probably be a top international designer now, right? Even now, I can no longer make up for it, so the only thing I can do is give back what her mother left her.

Whether you siblings accept it or not, this decision won’t change, and don’t bother thinking about getting to Lawyer Mona, he doesn’t have the guts.”

Lisha’s expression shifted slightly, could mom have already known about her and Alice’s plan? She thought for a moment and looked at Monique, ”Brother, what do you think?”

”Mom...” Monique hesitated, crouched by Emma’s bed, ”Mom, it’s not that I’m heartbroken about you leaving the majority of L.L’s shares to Amy, but I hope mom can help me.

You should know, I’ve liked Amy since I was little and wanted to protect her all my life. I’ve been doing this all these years, but mom, you should know very well what Amy’s attitude towards me is.”
