2183  Chapter 2183: Going To Be A Father

Yu Qi went to look for Lin Ming Shu. Lin Ming Shu was probably in the kitchen. Her guess was right. Lin Ming Shu was in the kitchen. She was cooking. However, before she called out for Lin Ming Shu, Lin Ming Shu rushed to the sink and vomited what she had eaten for breakfast. The maid who had been there rushed over to help Lin Ming Shu.

”Madam, are you okay?” The maid patted Lin Ming Shuʼs back.

Yu Qi also approached Lin Ming Shu. ”Sister Ming Shu, are you okay?” ”Yeah. I am fine.” Lin Ming Shu answered. She did not know how she was urged to vomit. ”Madam, there is no need for you to cook. We will be doing the cooking.” The maid said.

”Sorry for troubling you.” Lin Ming Shu said.

Lin Ming Shu and Yu Qi went to the living room and sat down. ”Sister Ming Shu, may I check your pulse?” Yu Qi asked.

Lin Ming Shu did not suspect anything and handed over her hand to Yu Qi. Yu Qi read the pulse. She showed a slightly surprised expression on her face. Lin Ming Shu caught that.

”Yu Qi, is there something wrong with my body?” Lin Ming Shu asked.

”Well... This matter still needs to be confirmed. It is better if you go and check it at the hospital.” Yu Qi said.

”I will go and check it at the hospital. But can you tell me first? I need to be ready for the actual result.” Lin Ming Shu said.

”If I am not mistaken, you are currently one month pregnant, Sister Ming Shu.” Yu Qi said.

”What? Pregnant?” It was not Lin Ming Shuʼs voice but Huang Guan Lanʼs voice.

He and Long Hui just finished talking and stepped out of the study room. Then, he suddenly heard Yu Qi and Lin Ming Shuʼs conversation. He thought something wrong with his wifeʼs body. However, Yu Qi suddenly mentioned that his wife was pregnant. He felt like he was riding a roller-coaster. ”Second Sister In law, is my wife really pregnant?” Huang Guan Lan asked again.

”Well, thatʼs if I am not mistaken.” Yu Qi nodded. Then she continued. ”However, it is better that you go to the hospital to check.” ”Letʼs go now.” Huang Guan Lan said.

”Dear, you need to calm down. We still have guests here. How could we leave the guests alone?” Lin Ming Shu said.

”First Sister-in-law, donʼt worry about that.” Long Hui said.

”But... ” Lin Ming Shu felt it was not appropriate to leave the guests like this.

”What if we come with you?” Yu Qi suggested.

Lin Ming Shuʼs eyes lift up. ”Thatʼs a great idea.” To be honest, she was kind of afraid to confirm the pregnancy. With Yu Qi around, she might know what to ask the doctor about the pregnancy. It was not like she did not trust her husband, but they both were novices in this matter. So, the four of them went to the Peopleʼs Hospital. They went straight to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. ”Are you two couples who want to check your baby?” The nurse asked.

”We want to check if my wife is pregnant.” Huang Guan Lan said. ”I see. Letʼs register her first.” The nurse said. After registering Lin Ming Shuʼs name, she turned to the couple behind. ”How can I help you?” ”No... No... We are just accompanying them.” Yu Qi shook her head.

”Oh... I see.” The nurse was feeling a bit disappointed. The couple was handsome and beautiful. She was looking forward to their baby. Lin Ming Shuʼs name had been called after 10 minutes of waiting. Huang Guan Lan stood up and wanted to accompany his wife. Long Hui and Yu Qi stayed in the waiting area. Someone recognized Yu Qi and Long Hui. She secretly snapped the coupleʼs photo. She posted on her social media platform. Its caption was, ”Is my favourite couple expecting someone new?” The picture was of Long Hui and Yu Qi sitting in the waiting area at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. A lot of people saw the post, liked and commented in the post. ”Oh... my... Is the baby coming?”

”Goddess Yu Qi is having a steam bun?” ”Ahhh... Canʼt wait for the baby... With this combination, the baby will turn out well.” ”They are still not married yet.” There were a lot of comments. The girl who published the post never expected that the post would explode like this. This post was so popular and it began trending.

The tabloid used the picture and created another post. ”The owner of the Qiaosu Entertainment Company expects its heir.” The matter began to spread more and more.
