Star Lord: Rob the alien race and you will get a hundred times the reward

Liu Wen was quite satisfied, but he didn’t know how much he could gain in the end. He must bring two transport ships next time, otherwise it would be a pity if he couldn’t take away the good stuff he got.

More than two hours later, the three of them gathered together and checked all the equipment again to make sure it was running well and ready to start working at any time.

”We have entered the target detection radar range.”

”Enemy defense weapons have been activated. Four twin-mounted turrets have been activated.”

”Approaching the target within ten light minutes, receiving a cleartext communication warning.”

”This is the Yaxon mining base, warship of an unknown race, you have entered our airspace, leave immediately, leave immediately!”

Liu Wen sat in the command chair, listening to the communication sent by the other mining ship with a frown on his face. The Jacobsons, an alien civilization he had never heard of.

”There is an abnormality in the alien base. Three warships are leaving the space dock. We are likely the target.” Frog discovered the abnormality of the Jacobson tribe through the detector and quickly reported it.

”How fast are they?” Liu Wen asked.

”They entered curvature navigation and cannot observe their speed.” For safety reasons, the detector can only turn on the optical telescope, so it is difficult to passively collect distant space fluctuations.

Well, go straight into warp speed.

Liu Wen decided to ignore them for the time being. With a distance of one light year, even if there was a safe route, the speed would not be fast. It would take at least two or three days to get there. But here, he only needed one or two hours, and the rest of the time was enough for him to run a long way.

”Be careful when you fight later, don’t damage the cargo hold of the mining ship. It will be much more convenient for us to carry things with a cargo hold.” Liu Wen reminded the blue fat man.

”Don’t worry.” The blue fat man held the joystick with both hands, and his vision was connected to the battleship’s radar.

”Enter the deceleration phase, start charging the laser cannon, charge the particle cannon, and try to eliminate all defense weapons at once.” Liu Wen controlled the warship to break away from the curvature, and the ship drew an arc and revolved around the target asteroid. Several laser beam weapons were fired from the target spacecraft, and the red laser beam drew a long mark on the energy shield of the Xinghai, as if several sharp blades were slashing across the shield.

”The enemy has four defensive turrets and eight laser cannons with a range of six light seconds. The unit damage is 150 degrees, and our energy shield has 40% left.” This was the first time that Frog had experienced this kind of thing. Even if he died here, he would only lose a little mental energy and his heart would still be beating wildly.

”The target has been locked, the warship has entered a stable orbit, and we can counterattack.” Previously, because the warship was too fast and they had not received corresponding training, they could only rely on the warship’s radar positioning to attack, and it was easy to miss the attack window due to untimely response.

Therefore, Liu Wen simply stabilized the spacecraft after finding out the intensity of the target’s attack, which was equivalent to turning both sides into a fixed target to start the war.

When the blue fat man heard that he could fight back, he did not hesitate. It was his first time to fight in a battleship, but it was not his first time to play games.

The Xinghai’s laser cannon fired alternately in two rounds, focusing fire on an alien mining ship turret in each round.

However, two lasers missed the battleship because of the wrong angle, and instead hit the mining ship’s shield, melting it into two huge holes.

The laser beam hit the mining ship’s energy shield, creating ripples.

”The target energy shield is estimated to have a unit protection of less than 2,000 degrees, and it has consumed approximately 65 percent of it so far.” Frog shouted excitedly.

”Particle cannon fire.” One laser cannon has a unit damage of 200 degrees. There are two particle cannons in total, and the unit damage of each is 260 degrees.
