Chapter 245 Spring Chapter 1 Passing by, the Camel Region Saudi Arabia Wants WarshipsChapter 245: The Spring Festival has passed in a flash, and the Saudis in the Camel Region want warships

Time flies like a white horse, and the warm and joyful Spring Festival has become a thing of the past in the blink of an eye.

On the eighth day of the first lunar month, Lin Chenran had to bid farewell to his familiar and warm home in the imperial capital and take a plane back to Linjiang Province.

Originally, he planned to enjoy the Lantern Festival before returning home, but his kind and nagging old mother kept nagging him all day long, which made him unable to bear it.

Arrange blind dates for yourself every day!

Who can stand this!

After three days back, my son is a treasure.

Three days later, you bastard, why are you still at home?

In desperation, Lin Chenran had to end his vacation early and pack his bags and return to Linjiang Province.

At the same time, the 077 Mechanical Military Factory in Linjiang Province has gradually become lively, with employees returning from all over the country and returning to their respective jobs.

In order to allow everyone to adjust their state as soon as possible and devote themselves to the work in the new year, Lin Chenran, as the person in charge, decided to hold a high-level meeting.

The theme of this meeting was very clear - to focus and make a general plan for the work for the whole year.

After the long Spring Festival holiday, everyone had a great time and relaxed. Now when we return to work, we must first focus our minds and start a new journey with the best mental outlook and work attitude.

At the beginning of a new year, various affairs are numerous and complicated. Only by making proper arrangements in advance can we ensure that the work plan for the whole year can be smoothly implemented.

When Lin Chenran stepped into the conference room, all the senior leaders present stood up to greet him.

Everyone sat down according to their respective seating order early in the morning.

This highly anticipated and important meeting finally slowly unveiled its mysterious and solemn prelude.

The spacious and bright conference room was filled with an atmosphere of tension and expectation.

Lin Chenran, who was sitting at the first seat, looked solemn. His deep eyes swept through the crowd, and he said in a deep and powerful voice: ”The joyous and peaceful Spring Festival has passed us by like a flash, and a new year full of hope and challenges has quietly arrived.”

”At this critical moment, we must quickly gather our minds and focus all our energy on our work without reservation.”

Hearing this, the senior executives of the 077 Machinery Military Factory couldn’t help but nod their heads slightly in agreement.

Many employees in my department did seem a little ”erratic” because they had just finished the Spring Festival holiday and were still immersed in that relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

Now that the Spring Festival has come to an end, we should get back to work as soon as possible and devote ourselves wholeheartedly.

Seeing these senior executives responding to his call so actively and proactively, Lin Chenran showed a barely perceptible smile of relief on his face.

……

Immediately afterwards, Lin Chenran began to arrange the work plan and task allocation for the 077 Mechanical Arsenal for the next year in an orderly manner.

Every task is explained in detail and every goal is clearly defined.

From developing new products to improving production efficiency, from optimizing process flow to strengthening quality control, everything is carefully planned after careful consideration.

Time passed by minute by minute amid heated discussions and rigorous decision-making, and before we knew it, this significant meeting had lasted for more than three hours.

Although the participants felt a little tired, there was still a firm light in everyone’s eyes, as if they were full of confidence in future development.

Finally, the meeting ended successfully with warm applause.

All the contents determined at the meeting were quickly conveyed to every employee within less than an hour after the meeting.

After receiving the important news, the employees who were originally in a relaxed state suddenly became energized and took action. They quickly adjusted their mental state and completely threw away the previous ”floating” thoughts.
