After three days of intense discussions, the top leaders of Russia finally reached an important consensus - to jointly develop the ”Arctic route” with Yan Country.

This decision brings dual benefits: on the one hand, it can ease the increasingly tense relations with Yan State; on the other hand, it can increase domestic fiscal revenue and have a positive impact on the national economy.

The current bear market is also facing severe internal and external challenges.

The domestic situation is turbulent and social contradictions are intensifying.

The nuclear leak at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant that occurred not long ago has brought tremendous pressure to the country.

If it were not for the advanced equipment such as radiation-proof robots and high-strength radiation-proof protective clothing provided by the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, the number of casualties caused by the accident would have increased significantly, possibly triggering more serious domestic riots.

Fortunately, the timely supply of anti-radiation materials from the 077 Mechanical Arsenal helped the Russian top brass restore their reputation and stabilized the domestic situation to a certain extent.

Of course, the current situation remains grim.

The Russian bear urgently needs a large amount of light industrial goods to quell the rising inflation in the country.

Yan State has made remarkable achievements in the field of light industry and has rich resources of light industrial products.

Cooperating with each other on the Arctic route can ease the relationship between the two sides, and at that time we can also purchase large quantities of light industrial products and corresponding production lines from each other.

By then, the domestic unrest will be greatly alleviated.

It can not only make money, but also calm down domestic instability.

The Arctic route has only benefits and no harm for the Russian bear.

Even if the profits earned from the Arctic route do not meet previous expectations, it would be a good thing if it could ease relations with Yan Country.

That’s it!

The top leaders of the Russian Federation immediately telegraphed Leo Gago, asking him to first stabilize the Davari family from the ”Yan Country”, and the negotiation team would then set out from the capital to Vladivostok.

……

During these three days, Leo Gago showed extreme anxiety and uneasiness, as if he was watching the ”small money” that was about to be in his hands suddenly fly away.

From time to time he would ask his ”Davari” allies for the latest developments, but the response he always received was that he needed to wait for further news.

This is because the top leaders of the Russian Federation are discussing important matters regarding the Arctic shipping route.

Leo Gago has not yet waited for good news from the capital.

Instead, he first learned the surprising good news from his ”Dawali” allies.

The top leadership actually agreed to cooperate with Yan Country to jointly develop the Arctic route, and designated the Far East Fleet as an important executive force for the project.

This news made Leo Gago feel extremely excited and thrilled. His mood was instantly ignited and became excited.

The worries that had been hanging in his heart for a long time can finally be put aside, and he is full of expectations and hope for the future.

As long as the Far East Fleet is involved, the operability of things will be greatly improved and the possibility of success will be greatly increased.

Leo Gago seemed to have seen the ”winged” US dollars flying towards his pocket, and his eyes were flashing with greed.

Immediately afterwards, Leo Gago couldn’t wait to pick up the phone on the desk, called Kovlevich, and asked him to come to his office immediately.

……

Ever since Kovlevich reported the ”Arctic Route” project, he has been in a state of anxiety and restlessness, feeling uneasy and eager to hear good news immediately.

Now that Leo Gago called him on his own initiative, the heavy burden in Kovlevich’s heart finally fell to the ground.

Because he knew that if his superiors did not agree to cooperate with Yan Country in the Arctic route project, Leo Gago would definitely call him directly without hesitation and reject the project in person.
