Chapter 172: Negotiating with the Russian Bear, You Must Drink with HimChapter 172: Negotiating with the Russian Bear, You Must Drink with Him
After Lin Chenran had arranged all matters concerning the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, he boarded a plane to the north with several senior executives of the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

Their destination this time was the Russian bear.

At the same time, a large amount of supplies are being prepared in full swing.

These supplies will follow closely and be transported by land to Yan Country’s border near the Russian Bear.

Once Lin Chenran reaches an agreement with Kovlevich of the Russian side and the forces behind him, these goods will be transported continuously from the border of Yan Country to the Russian country.

After a long flight, Lin Chenran landed at the Imperial Capital Airport and then took a car to Vladivostok.

Lin Chenran and others finally arrived at the border between Yan Country and Mao Xiong.

Here, they were strictly inspected by border inspectors from both sides.

At the same time, Kovlevich, who was in the Far East Fleet in Vladivostok, received a telegram from Lin Chenran.

”Lin Chenran, you are in Vladivostok again, what are you doing here?”

After Kovlevich received Lin Chenran’s ”sudden attack” telegram, he looked very surprised and confused.

Every time Lin Chenran comes to China, it is a huge opportunity for him.

Because ever since the road of trade between Yan Country and Russia was opened, Kovlevich has taken this opportunity to make a fortune, and now his pockets are bulging.

Kovlevich also expanded his network of contacts through this trade route and got to know many important people whom he had never dared to think about before.

As he continued to transfer benefits to these bigwigs, or to open up more channels of wealth for them, his position in the Soviet Far East Fleet became higher and higher.

Kovlevich was looking forward to Lin Chenran’s arrival. He was eager to take advantage of this opportunity to continue climbing up and achieve higher goals.

For an ambitious person, he will never be satisfied with the status quo.

……

After a long and arduous journey, Lin Chenran and other senior executives from the 077 Mechanical Arsenal finally arrived in Vladivostok.

They checked into the same hotel they had stayed in the last time they came to Vladivostok. Although the surroundings were familiar, the mood this time was completely different.

The road conditions today are vastly different from those of later times.

The roads are in such bad condition that the ride is a torment.

After a bumpy and shaking ride, they finally reached their destination.

After arriving at the destination, everyone decided to rest for a day to relieve fatigue from the journey.

The next day, Lin Chenran called Kovlevich.

”Kovlevich, I’m already in Vladivostok. Do you want to come out for a drink tonight?” Lin Chenran invited him enthusiastically.

Hearing Lin Chenran’s voice, Kovlevich smiled.

”Lin, warmly welcome to Mao Xiong, welcome to beautiful Vladivostok.”

He was excited about Lin Chenran’s arrival and immediately accepted his invitation.

”We must drink, for the sake of our friendship! Ura!” Kovlevich shouted passionately.

”That’s right, for the sake of our friendship, Davari.” Lin Chenran also responded.

The two agreed on a meeting place - the Red Romance Tavern in Vladivostok, and the time was set in the evening.

After arriving at the Red Romantic Tavern at the agreed time, Lin Chenran stood at the door, waiting for Kovlevich to arrive.

After a while, Lin Chenran saw a familiar figure and a smile instantly appeared on his face.

”Kovlevich, over here!” Lin Chenran smiled and waved and shouted into the distance.

When Kovlevich heard the voice, he looked in the direction of the voice. When he saw Lin Chen, a happy smile immediately appeared on his face. Then he strode over and raised his hand and waved vigorously.

Then, Kovlevich quickened his pace, walked to Lin Chenran, and gave him a warm hug.

”Lin, welcome to our bear again.” Kovlevich sincerely expressed his welcome to Lin Chenran.

”Thank you for your hospitality, Kovlevich.” Lin Chenran replied with a smile. ”Russia is a beautiful country with vast land, magnificent natural scenery and a long and splendid history and culture.”

”At the same time, the Russian bear also has strong military strength and technological level, and plays an important role on the international stage.”

”In addition, the Mao Xiong people are known for their tenacity and fearlessness.”
