Chapter 165: Revisiting the old place and visiting the second textile factoryChapter 165: Revisiting the old place and visiting the Second Textile Factory
”Grandpa, don’t worry. Our 077 Mechanical Military Factory has already designed several light weapons and a batch of heavy weapons. We originally planned to wait until the testing is completed to see if the military is willing to purchase them.” Lin Chenran said slowly.

In the light weapons market, the 077 Mechanical Military Factory had a new layout early on.

The small arms market has always been a pretty good area.

Although science and technology are developing day by day and weapons and equipment are becoming more and more advanced, there is always a need for someone to go into battle and kill the enemy.

Therefore, light weapons naturally have huge market potential.

”What? Your 077 Mechanical Military Factory has actually entered the light weapons market?” Old Master Lin was very surprised. He originally thought that the 077 Mechanical Military Factory looked down on this field.

”Haha, Grandpa, the light weapons market is not small. How could our 077 Mechanical Arms Factory miss such a big piece of cake?”

”Besides, we have a special light weapons research and development team in our factory. We can’t just leave them idle!”

The sales volume of light weapons has always been very considerable. If the 077 Mechanical Arsenal can get a share of this market, it will only benefit it.

”It’s OK if you have an idea here. Anyway, the demand for weapons and equipment will be huge by then.”

This was all revealed to Lin Chenran in advance.

”No problem. I know what to do.”

The two of them didn’t point out the problem, but Lin Chenran understood it immediately.

……

Time passed quickly, and the Spring Festival of 1986 passed quietly.

Lin Chenran couldn’t stand Mr. Lin’s ”urging to get married”, so he chose to secretly leave the imperial capital and return to Linjiang Province on the fifth day of the New Year.

There is no other way. The main reason is that Mr. Lin asked his daughter-in-law, Lin Chenran’s mother Liang Caixia, to introduce a girl to Lin Chenran.

If you don’t run now, wait until later!
Lin Chenran flew back to Linjiang Province from the imperial capital overnight.

After returning to the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, Lin Chenran quickly got into work mode.

He took a group of senior executives from the 077 Mechanical Military Factory to inspect the conditions in various factory areas.

”Mr. Song, once the light weapons equipment designed, developed and produced by the factory are tested and found to be OK, we can mass-produce a batch of them.”

Lin Chenran gave the order directly.

”Chenran, you’re mass-producing a batch of light weapons and equipment so quickly. Did you receive an order?”

Song Xiyun became confused.

”Ok!”

”The military should be purchasing a batch of weapons and equipment, so we are preparing in advance.”

Lin Chenran did not say that this batch of weapons and equipment would be used to ”beat the monkey”.

”No problem, I’ll arrange it later.”

When Song Xiyun heard that the Yan State military was going to purchase a batch of weapons and equipment, a bright smile spread across his face.

After all, this light weapons equipment department is also under Song Xiyun’s command, and being able to sell it will be a great benefit to him.

”Mr. Song, please contact Daniel Harper of Damu Country and ask him if he wants to purchase a batch of light weapons and equipment.”

After the Russian Bear came to support the Damu Kingdom, its blockade restrictions were loosened.

The Damu Kingdom can import weapons and equipment from other countries.

”Okay, I’ll contact Daniel Harper later to see if he wants to purchase a batch of light weapons and equipment.”

……

After returning to Lin Chenran’s office, assistant Xiao Liang brought in two cups of hot tea.

”Mr. Song, I will be visiting Mao Xiong in mid-April. You will be in charge of all matters concerning the factory by then.”

Lin Chenran spoke slowly.

”What? You’re going on another business trip to Mao Xiong?”

”Yan Country - Is there something wrong with the international trade of Mao Xiong?”

Song Xiyun was puzzled as to why Lin Chenran suddenly wanted to go to Maoxiong. ”No, I have a business deal to discuss.”

That’s right, Lin Chenran targeted the Chernobyl nuclear power plant that exploded in April.
