Chapter 84: ”Inspecting the Goods” for the Representatives of Damu CountryChapter 84: ”Inspecting the Goods” for the Representatives of Damu Country

Daniel Harper looked at the design of the cannonball, his mouth slightly tilted, and a trace of disgust appeared on his face: ”Huh? This cannonball looks really special!”

For a moment, he couldn’t even find the right words to describe this shell.

This is so weird!

It doesn’t look like a traditional cannonball at all, but more like a giant gas tank.

The peculiar shape made Daniel Harper wonder whether it could really be used as a cannonball.

Thinking that the barrel was also made of steel pipe, Daniel Harper reluctantly accepted this ”gas tank” shell.

”Daniel Harper, despite the strange appearance of this shell, the destructive power it causes is no less than other conventional shells.”

Lin Chenran specifically explained, ”This is actually something we designed specifically to break through the blockades of various countries.”

Then, he pointed to the shape of the shell on the drawing and said, ”Look, isn’t its shape somewhat similar to a gas tank?”

When Daniel Harper heard this, a bright smile spread across his face.

077 Mechanical Arsenal is so thoughtful.

In order to break through the blockade, the shells were made to look like gas tanks.

Who would have thought of ”gas tank” shells!

Such good intentions!
”Lin, I have another question. How can a shell loaded with high explosives pass the blockade of a country led by the Eagle Sauce?”

”Even if it was inside a shell, it would have been discovered.”

Daniel Harper raises his concerns.

Next, Lin Chenran’s answer directly shocked Daniel Harper.

”I have no intention of loading high explosives into this special shell. I will do it separately, and you can load it in yourselves when the time comes.”

Daniel Harper: ”What? We load it in ourselves?”

”I have a formula for a high explosive that is 10 percent more powerful than the existing ones. Most importantly, it is made of materials we see every day.”

Lin Chenran’s words were like ”charming voice”, constantly attracting Daniel Harper’s attention.

His original words: ”I have the formula, and the ingredients are common in daily life, but you need to spend money to buy the formula.”

Daniel Harper understood instantly: ”Lin, as long as it’s powerful, we will buy the formula.”

Lin Chenran raised the corner of his mouth, revealing a teachable look.

Although the capital of the Damu Kingdom is not as great as that of the Sand Kingdom, its generosity is no less than that of the other.

”For $15 million, you can get this powerful formula for high explosives.”

Lin Chenran stretched out a hand, first extended an index finger, then spread out five fingers, and directly quoted a price of 15 million US dollars.

”What? Fifteen million dollars?”

Daniel Harper widened his eyes and looked at Lin Chenran in shock. The price was too high and far beyond his expectations.

”Are you right, or did I hear you right?”

”You want $15 million for this high explosives formula?”

Daniel Harper asked again.

”Can the price be lower?”

But Lin Chenran remained unmoved when he heard this, and still had a confident smile on his face.

He knew that the formula in his hands was priceless, and it was also his bargaining chip with Daniel Harper.

Daniel Harper was silent for a moment, weighing the pros and cons in his mind.

He knew very well that the formula of this high explosive was of great significance to the Damu Kingdom. Without high explosives, these two weapons and equipment would be like two ”fire sticks” and would not be able to exert their due strength.

”Okay, Lin, I agree to pay 15 million US dollars to purchase your formula. But I hope you can guarantee the authenticity and power of the formula.” Daniel Harper said solemnly.

Upon hearing this, Lin Chenran showed a sly smile and said, ”The power is guaranteed. We will go to the test site to test it later, and then you will know its power. It is guaranteed to be value for money.” Then, Lin Chenran suggested that they first go to see the power of the two weapons and equipment designed and developed by the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, and then discuss cooperation later.

This is at least a way to ”test” Daniel Harper.

Otherwise, why would he willingly ”pay money” to purchase two types of weapons and equipment from the 077 Mechanical Arsenal?
