Mythical Professions are all my employees

Timely communication is a good thing, but for an organization, it is sometimes necessary to prevent subordinates from communicating too frequently.

For example, the group chat that was temporarily opened for them in Fallen Leaf City was canceled by Qin Fang after the auction ended.

The people they can contact now are basically their direct superiors, such as Qin Xiaoyou, Lin Fan, and Lu Dayong.

Other members of the ”cow and horse” group are not allowed to communicate with each other unless required for a mission.

Of course, you can contact them if you really want...

They can contact Qin Fang to request a phone call with so-and-so...

All members can directly contact the ’boss’.

However, Qin Fang has not received any similar applications so far.

Through Qin Fang’s deliberate efforts, his image was perceived as very lofty and mysterious by these members.

Unless it’s something extremely urgent, they clearly wouldn’t dare to disturb Qin Fang easily...

Furthermore, a sense of honor and belonging, in turn, complements authority, further strengthening the cohesion among members...

This has created a virtuous cycle.

In addition to the fact that ’tasks’ have become more formalized and systematic.

The internal online store and points system have also begun to be formalized.

Qin Fang didn’t give the new members much equipment, except for a ’Liar’s Mask’ for each person.

If you want other internal equipment, you can exchange it in the internal store yourself.

Earn points through various means, then redeem them for your desired ’insider equipment’...

This treatment is much lower than what Bai Yangyang and the others received back then.

After all, Qin Fang had been eager to equip them with all sorts of skills and equipment back then...

But now that there are more people, we can’t do that anymore.

It’s not that we can’t afford it.

Qin Fang now has a large amount of corporate reputation, and he can fully equip all members with gear based on their professional characteristics.

But he didn’t do that because he was afraid that after the members received the equipment, they would be overjoyed, but then fall into a state of confusion and distress because they had nothing to do after losing their ’target’.

This is not good news for the park.

This can lead to a lack of ’motivation’ for members to act subsequently.

...People need a goal and motivation.

The paradise he envisioned was one full of ’vitality,’ where all members spontaneously strived and worked hard towards their own goals.

This process also allows them to connect more deeply with the park and fully integrate into it.

The internal online store was a tangible ’goal’ that Qin Fang had set for them...

There are currently 97 official members in the park. Each person can imprint all skills except for awakening skills. Each class has 1 passive skill and 3 active skills, which adds up to 388 skills.

In addition to the skills from the five or six legendary items that Qin Fang has acquired over this period, the number of ’Paradise Exclusive’ skills is now close to 400.

To put it bluntly... the park’s in-game store now probably has the most skills on the entire planet.

Each member can now use 4 pieces of internal equipment at the same time.

If you don’t count the Liar’s Mask, then it’s four epic-level class skills...

One can imagine how much this would boost epic-level players.

Qin Fang categorized these skills into several levels.

Active skills vary in their effects, damage coefficient increases, and whether they are single-target or area-of-effect attacks, naturally requiring different internal points.

Furthermore, the price of passive skills is far higher than that of active skills... Epic-level passive skills are much stronger than active skills.

This includes Zhou Ze’s legendary professional skills, which Qin Fang has also added to the in-game store.

It’s just that some of the items are too expensive to look at.

...It will probably take several years before anyone can redeem it.

These were all ’goals’ that Qin Fang had deliberately set.

This is to ensure that members maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation. ...

These are the biggest changes the park has undergone in the past three months.

The progress can be described as encouraging.

This marks the beginning of the park’s true transformation from a ’small workshop’ to a ’large organization’.

That’s roughly how it is inside, while there’s also been considerable progress on the periphery.

Auctions were held one after another in several cities.
