Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 186: Preparing for Rapid Development, Issuing Tasks, and Entrusting the Core MembersChapter 186: Preparing for Rapid Development, Issuing Tasks, and Entrusting the Core Members
With Qin Xiaoyou reaching the third tier, the amusement park officially entered the third tier era.

However, at present... there is only one ’preliminary version’ of Qin Xiaoyou.

There’s nothing I can do... I’ve lost all my reputation.

Qin Fang, who had been grinding away at reputation points until he was sick of it, suddenly found himself motivated again.

Five hundred reputation points for a fixed Tier 3 member... This deal is too good to be true!
Currently, the passive skill grants 200 corporate reputation points per day. Earning an additional 300 points guarantees a guaranteed upgrade to one member…

If you have 300 reputation points... it would be quick to earn them if you let your employees do it.

There are currently no Tier 0 employees, so Tier 0 dungeons can be ignored.

A Tier 1 dungeon rewards 10 reputation points for a normal dungeon, 20 for a hard dungeon, and 40 for a hell dungeon.

Tier 2 dungeons award 15 points for normal dungeons, 30 points for hard dungeons, and 60 points for hell dungeons.

I haven’t done any dungeons above level 3, so I don’t know yet.

If we let the employees break dungeon records, each person only needs to break the Tier 1 Hell dungeon record once a day... which adds up to more than 1600 points.

Qin Fang had considered this before, and to be honest, he was very tempted.

But the reason they didn’t do that was because their membership was ultimately too low.

Once a large-scale record-breaking operation begins, the resulting commotion will be too great, and if it causes any trouble, it will be difficult to deal with.

...No matter how strong he is, he is still just one person, and he can’t be in two places at once.

But now, in the Tier 3 era, 500 reputation points are enough to create a top-tier epic class at the city level... it’s just that the level is a bit lower.

Now, you can do it this way!

Thinking of this, Qin Fang narrowed his eyes.

”Issue the task: have the members break the dungeon record.”

”Then we’ll re-sign the contracts one by one.”

”Considering that the upgrade mission also requires Tier 2 combat power... there’s no need to sign contracts with the same person consecutively... it all depends on luck.”

”Currently, a large portion of the core members are still at Tier 1. If the core members had more Tier 3 combatants... it would be much easier to carry out tasks.”

Qin Fang did not deliberately pursue upgrading the core layer to level 3 first.

Since the core layer is essentially the leadership, they are currently busy with management work, and their combat strength is already sufficient with the support of various skills, so whether or not they are upgraded to level 3 has little impact.

...The main reason is that the passive skill ”Ruins of Time Prison” is ridiculously strong, giving them all the ability to fight beyond their current level.

As for the core members, apart from the Liar’s Mask, Qin Fang did not specifically arrange any other enterprise equipment for them, so most of them were just ordinary epic... and the rank was low, making it difficult to go overboard.

On the one hand, reputation was scarce at the time, with each piece of equipment costing 10 reputation points. It wasn’t expensive, but it added up to a considerable amount. Qin Fang needed to save some reputation for unforeseen circumstances.

On the other hand, Qin Fang had not really gotten to know these key employees. He had only briefly looked at their backgrounds and the only time they met was during the signing of the contract, and they hadn’t had any in-depth conversations.

Under these circumstances, Qin Fang naturally wouldn’t give them too strong skills... Although he had absolute control over his members and could terminate their contracts and take back their professions at any time.

But this thing isn’t a surveillance camera, monitoring 24/7... If we give them too much equipment, what if they turn against us?
Even if they later find out they can be instantly reduced to their original state.

But if the other party did something before... there’s no way to change it.

...Not every one of those employees was a simple and kind person...

Therefore, some control measures are still necessary.

”And this time, renegotiating the contract... is actually a good opportunity...”

Qin Fang narrowed his eyes.
