Mythical Professions are all my employees

The passive ability of the Time Prison Guardian is too strong, and its source is Zhou Ze... Apart from the core staff he trusts most, Qin Fang does not plan to give it to anyone else.

Of course, even so... the strength of the Paradise members will be far greater than that of other epic professions because of the other skills he provides.

”But the current recruitment method is still too slow... Hopefully, in the future, there will be skills for employees to recruit employees as well. How can a large company do all the hiring themselves?”

Qin Fang thought to himself, ”This is what I’m complaining about.”

Headhunting firms are very useful, but the cooldown period is too long. They only offer headhunting services once every 7 days.

It doesn’t seem like anything’s wrong right now.

But even now, just from level 1 to level 2, it already requires 20 epic employees.

Will there be even more later on?
If the cooling is done every seven days, wouldn’t it take 3 years to cool down 100 employees?
100 is manageable.

What about a thousand?
Thirty years?
and……

”There are too few frontline employees.”

Which large enterprise only has a group of core employees?
”If we don’t expand to the grassroots level, our influence will inevitably be limited. Many things will also be difficult to do... The liar’s mask, after all, still has certain limitations.”

Epic-level classes are powerful, but they’re also far too conspicuous. The Liar’s Mask is useful under normal circumstances... but if an epic-level or higher detection item appears, it immediately gives you away.

It’s true that companies need high-end capabilities, but they can’t completely lack a foundation either.

”Unfortunately... the company’s recruitment standards are a bit too high. If only outstanding individuals, elites, and even ordinary employees could be recruited...”

Qin Fang began to daydream.

If that’s the case... then a company’s influence can truly and rapidly increase.

”Or... how about we start recruiting some informal staff?”

Qin Fang began to ponder this matter.

But soon, he let out a sigh and shook his head. Ideally, even the most junior employees would be included in the ’Paradise’ system. This would inevitably lead to a massive increase in their attributes and experience.

But if that really doesn’t work... then there’s nothing we can do but form an ’outer organization’.

But this is definitely not something that can be done now.

He also lacks experience in building an organization and needs to find talent in this area.

In addition, it’s really inconvenient to contact each other now.

Effective communication is crucial for truly expanding influence.

”Let’s level up first... We’ll see how things go after we get the instant communication skill.”

He was thinking to himself...

……

time flies.

Five days have passed in the blink of an eye.

Qin Fang is still waiting for the headhunting firm to cool down.

Meanwhile, things were already bustling in Jindong City.

”Xiao, Shuang, it’s been a long time.”

In a luxurious penthouse in Jindong City, Lin Fan knocked on the door and smiled when he saw Xiao You open it.

”Yan, it’s been a long time! Come in and have a seat!”

Xiaoyou warmly welcomed them.

Xiaoyou lives in Jindong City. She has joined a fixed group and has some companions.

That’s why we chose this location as the ’offline’ meeting point.

Gu Yiyun’s location was not far from Jin Dong City, so she arrived first.

Lin Fan arrived today as well.

This house was naturally bought by Xiaoyou... She fabricated an identity using the Liar’s Mask, easily passed the professional combat department’s assessment, and then used that identity to buy this house... Xiaoyou is now a very wealthy woman.

This house was specially prepared for Lin Fan and Gu Yiyun after they arrived. They can stay here temporarily for a while.

As for Qin Xiaoyou... she has a fixed group and doesn’t live here. Occasionally, she goes there to level up with her fixed group.

The three had met once before in the Upside-Down Cloud Realm, so they were acquainted, but to be honest, they weren’t very familiar with each other. After exchanging a few pleasantries, Lin Fan said, ”Now that we’re here, let’s talk about the upgrades.”
