Chapter 60 Ready to leave

Chapter 60 Ready to leave
Su Chen glanced around and found no other mutant beasts, so he asked Yang Lingtian and the others, ”Will mutant beasts break into here before?”

Generally speaking, mutant beasts live in the depths of the Desolate Mountains and rarely come out.

Even if they come out, there will only be one or two at most.

It is really rare for eight of them to appear at once, and they are still Level 1 mutant beasts.

Moreover, Su Chen vaguely heard roars and screams from a distance, which meant that other valleys where humans lived were also attacked by mutant beasts.

”Mutated beasts don’t come to the periphery for no reason, and there are still so many of them.” Yang Lingtian pondered, his face suddenly changed, ”In this case, it is very likely that the mutated beasts rioted and formed a beast horde.”

Hearing this, Yang Qian and Yang Hao’s expressions changed at the same time.

”Beast tide.” Su Chen muttered, his face darkened slightly.

The beast horde is similar to the zombie horde, both of which are formed when the number reaches a certain level.

However, compared to the zombie horde, the beast horde is more terrifying.

Because the strength of mutant beasts is generally much stronger than zombies, and most of the mutant beasts are still high-level, once gathered together, the destructive power produced is unimaginable.

”Su Chen, we need to get out of here quickly.” Yang Lingtian said solemnly.

The previous raging rock bear was just the vanguard of the army of mutant beasts, and once the main force came over, it would be difficult for them to survive.

”Alright.” Su Chen agreed.

He originally wanted to leave here for King Kong City tomorrow, so there is nothing wrong with leaving now.

”Okay, let’s clean up and leave immediately.” Yang Lingtian replied, and took Yang Qian and Yang Hao back to the cave to clean up.

Su Chen also returned to his own cave, and there were very few things he could pack, nothing more than [universal oven] and some roasted pork.

As for the bread tree, he didn’t know if he could live if he dug it out, so he decided to leave it in the cave.

Maybe one day, I might be able to come back here again.

After packing up his things, he walked around the cave, and Su Chen walked out.

The three of Yang Lingtian also packed up, and soon joined Su Chen.

However, Su Chen found that there were more than a dozen people following him.

Several of them, whom he had met before, were all residents of this valley.

Originally there were more than 100 people in the valley, but after being slaughtered by the enraged rock bear, only a dozen or so people survived.

”Su Chen, they want to leave here together.” Yang Qian explained.

After seeing Su Chen’s formidable strength, the dozen or so people knew that if they wanted to survive, they could only survive by staying by Su Chen’s side.

”No.” Su Chen flatly refused.

In the environment of the last days, not a lot of people means a lot of power.

It would be better if they were all evolutionaries, but the key point was that they were all ordinary people and had no fighting power.

Not to mention that staying by your side won’t help any more. If the target is too large, it will attract the attention of zombies and mutant beasts, causing unnecessary troubles for yourself.

Furthermore, people’s hearts are unpredictable, and Su Chen has never been in contact with them, who knows who they are?

”Why?” A young man seemed a little angry, but he seemed to be afraid of Su Chen’s strength, and said under control, ”You are so powerful, there is nothing wrong with keeping me by your side.”

”Yes, just help us, we promise not to cause trouble for you.” Another man echoed.

”Whether I’m strong or not has nothing to do with you?” Su Chen sneered.

These people obviously regard him as a savior.

But it was not his kinship or cause, and he was under no obligation to save them.

Yang Qian had been in contact with these people for a long time, and she couldn’t bear it.

Originally, I wanted to persuade a few words, but I thought of Su Chen’s style of doing things as he said.

Worried that saying the wrong thing would offend Su Chen and arouse Su Chen’s resentment, so he remained silent.
