Seeking Fortune and Avoiding Evil in the Cultivation World

Chapter 1416: Chapter 655: Spirit Ruins Realm After a Century, the Rise of the Human and Demon Races (Part 2)

”They still exist in other Great Thousand Worlds, in countless numbers.”

”Even Mahayana level demons may number in the thousands, possibly even more.”

”If they transmit through the Demon Cave into our Spirit Ruins Realm, do you think our Spirit Ruins Realm can withstand so many terrifying high-tier demons?”

Mo Tieqiao spoke.

He possesses the Immortal Grade Ghostly Skill Life Chart, naturally a Grandmaster of Artifact Refining, a member of the Heavenly Works Department of the Great Xuan Dynasty.

He crafted countless magical artifacts and spirit treasures before.

So his understanding of demons is extremely deep, clearly aware of their terrifying nature.

The reason the Great Xuan Dynasty proceeded cautiously and did not charge into the depths of the Demon Realm right away was precisely because they feared provoking the demons to transport Mahayana demons with all their power from other worlds.

After all, as long as the demons in the Spirit Ruins Realm are not facing the threat of extinction, the demons from other worlds will not panic and are unlikely to send much support over for the time being.

As for the Great Xuan Dynasty, they chose to first reclaim their original territories and then expand slowly.

In this way, not only can the power of the Human Race be increased, but the power of the demons can also be slowly weakened.

With the rise of one and the fall of the other, the power of the Human Race will only grow stronger.

And the threat of demons to the Human Race will also become increasingly small.

Therefore, the great powers of the Great Xuan Dynasty have not been in a hurry.

”This is indeed a major problem.”

”Although other great worlds have also been attacked by demons, no one really knows how much strength demons have hidden away, how many high-tier demons lie in the shadows.”

”They are a cataclysm sweeping the entire Mortal World, a problem that cannot be solved in a short time.”

”Yes, if we underestimate these demons too much, we will surely pay a heavy price.”

”Moreover, their reinforcements are indeed endless. Whenever the Spirit Ruins Realm suddenly sees a large influx of outside demons, it wouldn’t be surprising at all. We definitely need to be on guard.”

Many members of the Mixed Element Alliance agreed with this point.

To completely resolve the calamity of demons, it may be many times more difficult than imagined.

The more they know, the more they feel it’s a tricky problem.

”And let alone eliminating those demons, even just trying to reclaim the Demon Realm is not easy.”

”For those lands have long been polluted by the power of demons, the air saturated with heavy demonic qi.”

”If human cultivators were to live in such a place for long, they’d surely be tainted by demonic qi, ultimately transforming into mindless demons.”

”Even if such places were reclaimed, they might serve no purpose.”

Mo Tieqiao continued.

This is the vile nature of demons.

Their power carries the characteristics of pollution, curses, and distortion.

Once humans are polluted, it’s almost irreversible.

So demons can easily invade human territories, but humans find it very difficult to invade the Demon Realm.

The two sides have been unequal from the start.

This keeps the Human Race and Demon Race at a disadvantage.

If this issue isn’t solved, the threat of demons will never go away.

Sooner or later, the Spirit Ruins Realm will become a part of the Demon Realm.

”Regarding this, there already exists a solution.”

”In fact, the Demon Realm contains some special Heaven and Earth Spirit Plants.”

”These Heaven and Earth Spirit Plants can purify demon power.”

”If we can large-scale cultivate these Heaven and Earth Spirit Plants, we can restore the Demon Realm to its original state, completely expelling the demon power from this world.”

It was Shi Ping’an who spoke; having grown up in the Demon Realm, he naturally has intimate knowledge of it.

At the same time, he has mastered numerous Heaven and Earth Spirit Plants, aware of many safe zones.

So he knows very well how to purify the land of the Demon Realm.

However, relying solely on himself, he doesn’t know how long it would take to completely expel the demon power from the Demon Realm.

But with the aid of the Great Xuan Dynasty, it’s a completely different matter.
