Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2308: Chapter 2302: Always Excellent

”Sister-in-law, your cooking skills are getting better and better. I’m so full.” Chu Xiaoqiao rubbed her round belly, feeling like she hadn’t been this full in a long time.

”My cooking has always been good, it’s just that you didn’t notice.” When Qin Xue taught her before, it was because Chu Xiaoqiao didn’t have any spiritual spring water, so she didn’t use it while teaching. But today, cooking alone, she naturally used spiritual spring water, which of course made the food taste different.

Qin Xue didn’t mention this, attributing it to some hidden skills she hadn’t yet shown.

”Speaking of which, my sister is amazing. I never saw her cook before. Who would have thought that after a year with my brother-in-law, she not only learned it but got really good at it. My mom says it’s a gift, and those without it just can’t compare.” Qin Jiale said proudly.

Her mother said her sister was the best, capable of doing everything well and always learning the fastest.

”I also think Qin Xue is incredibly efficient in whatever she does, and now even her cooking is so good. It’s really discouraging for me.” Ouyang Ziyu couldn’t cook, so seeing Qin Xue as an all-rounder made her feel thoroughly defeated.

”If you want to learn, it’s actually quite easy. If you don’t believe me, you can ask those two. They couldn’t cook either, but after learning with me for a while, they’re now cooking quite decently.” Qin Xue found Ouyang Ziyu’s words both amusing and helpless.

She brought memories from her past life. She already knew how to cook then. Considering how long she’s been cooking, if she still couldn’t do it well, she’d really be too embarrassed to live.

Having a gift makes learning anything easier, at least faster than others, and it generally feels more intuitive to pick up. So she wasn’t wrong saying that.

”Alright, I’ll learn cooking from you from now on. Not to cook for others, but to work hard so I don’t have to eat out all the time.” Ouyang Ziyu sometimes ate at Dongfang’s place, sometimes outside, but she couldn’t cook herself. If Dongfang didn’t invite her over, she’d have to eat out, having no alternatives.

Now hearing that Qin Xue is willing to teach her, she naturally wants to seize the opportunity because Qin Xue’s cooking is so delicious. If she could learn even a bit, her own cooking wouldn’t be far off in taste.

”Sure, whenever I have time and you come over, I’ll definitely teach you.” Currently, Qin Xue is focusing on starting her business, putting everything else on hold, concentrating on how to make it better.

When Ouyang Ziyu comes, it needs to be when Qin Xue has free time. Otherwise, she won’t have the time to teach.

”Of course, I only get one day off a week. I don’t have much time to learn. I really don’t know if I can manage in such a situation.” Ouyang Ziyu lacked confidence.

”I think you can. I’ll only teach you the methods, and it’s up to you to practice at home. You need to manage the heat and timing yourself.” Qin Xue looked at Ouyang Ziyu. She didn’t have the time for Ziyu to keep experimenting in her kitchen. Mastering culinary skills requires practicing at home after learning the methods.

To do it well, you need to be steady and take it one step at a time. There’s no shortcut, so don’t think about slacking off, or it won’t work.
