Global Exploration: Starting from Decrypting Chernobyl

“Time is running out for us!”

“Captain!”

“What should we do now, please give us a plan!”

“...”

“What’s the hurry?!”

Although the captain’s face was pale, he wasn’t without a plan.

Hearing the vice-captain chattering beside him, he immediately felt annoyed, turned his head, and cursed at the latter.

Then he looked at the crew members who were almost all looking at him, waiting for his decision.

The captain fell into a moment of silence.

After a dozen seconds... looking at the rocket on the computer screen that was getting closer and closer, the captain gritted his teeth and said to everyone on the ship.

“Alas...”

“There’s no other way!”

“Abandon ship!”

“This kind of rocket from Dragon Country is uninterceptable for us. We’ve already learned our lesson from last time. To minimize losses...”

“Let’s abandon ship!”

“Starting now, sound the Level One maritime disaster alarm, everyone...”

“Quickly lower the lifeboats, abandon... abandon ship!”

“...”

“Captain...”

“Do we really have to do this?”

The vice-captain was stunned.

Then he asked the captain with an unwilling expression.

“What else can we do?”

“Can you stop this rocket?”

“Or can you guarantee that we, staying on the aircraft carrier, won’t die?”

“...”

“This, I...”

The vice-captain was stunned.

Then he stammered, unable to say a word, and slowly lowered his head.

“Abandon ship!”

The captain nodded.

Although this was a last resort.

But a faint sense of pride also arose in his heart!

He believed!

His decision was not wrong at all; knowing that the situation was irreversible, abandoning ship decisively now was the most reasonable course of action!

Only this way... could America’s vital forces be preserved!

“...Yes!”

“Sound the alarm!”

“Abandon... abandon ship!”

The announcer nodded heavily, pressed his mouth to the microphone that covered the entire aircraft carrier, and with immense helplessness, issued this order that made all Americans feel unusually distressed!

Instantly... the entire aircraft carrier sprang into action.

Planes took off urgently, and all lifeboats were lowered!

Except for what couldn’t be taken... everything that could be taken from this aircraft carrier was dismantled by these Americans and taken onto the planes as much as possible!

...At the same time... just as everyone on this American aircraft carrier was busily preparing to escape.

More than half of the planes had already taken off!

And... people were already continuously transferring from the aircraft carrier to the lifeboats in the sea!

The interceptor decoys from various countries had already arrived near the rocket launched by Dragon Country!

“...”

“Quick!”

On the Romantic Country aircraft carrier.

The captain shouted loudly at the dozens of scientists around him.

His expression was full of solemnity!

“Observe carefully!”

“Record diligently!”

“Even if all our countries’ interceptor missiles and decoy interceptors can’t stop this rocket, you must keep your eyes wide open and see clearly how this rocket breaks through the blockade!”

“We can learn from this experience!”

“If possible…”

“This technology…”

“We must acquire it too!”

“Yes!”

Over a dozen scientists nodded nervously, clutching their laptops and staring at various data and radar images, meticulously studying and recording everything without blinking.

“Study well, watch carefully!”

The captain of Bear Country’s warship said sternly to his subordinates, who were also a dozen scientists.

“Although we can’t build this kind of rocket for now.”

“And it’s very likely we can’t intercept it.”

“But…”

“You must record all the data about this rocket thoroughly!”

“If allowed, we will also try to build such a rocket!”

“Yes!”

The scientists also looked serious.

They watched the radar images on the screen with solemn expressions, standing by in full readiness!

Japan, the British Empire… even smaller countries with only ordinary warships were all doing their utmost to observe this rocket, coming from the distant East and rapidly flying towards the US aircraft carrier, preparing for research.

As for what would happen to the US aircraft carrier?

Heh heh!

Are you kidding?

Better a dead friend than a dead me!

If your US aircraft carrier is gone, what does it have to do with us?

It’s good enough that we’re not laughing and applauding!

Conducting research… that is the top priority!
