Peninsula: Director of Public Prosecutions Starts with Daily Intelligence

When fellow countrymen meet, they stab each other in the back; they hit their own buddies! They trick their own brothers.

“You sibal thief, you’re really disgracing the Xia Guo Ren. Later, don’t say you’re from Xia Guo; it’s really shameful!” Lee Se-hyun slapped his own face.

“I’m ashamed for you.”

Kim Kunam, hearing this, hung his head in shame. If it weren’t for the pressures of life, why would he do something that tarnished his hometown’s reputation?

Kim Kunam had traveled across The Peninsula, even overstaying his visa, just to find his wife, with whom he hadn’t been in contact for many years.

He hadn’t expected that just a few days after arriving, he would be scammed terribly by a black market agent. He hadn’t eaten for several days, an evil thought arose, his eyes turned red, and he directly stole someone’s bag.

“Axi! You thief…”

The beautiful woman, panting, chased after him, rushing over and kicking Kim Kunam twice, causing him sharp pain.

Perhaps seeing Kim Kunam covered in injuries, after catching her breath, the beautiful woman snatched back her black bag, which had an LV logo on it.

Lee Se-hyun judged her to be a wealthy beautiful woman.

Ryu Jimin looked through her black LV bag. All her documents and belongings were inside. She consciously sighed in relief, then turned to look at Lee Se-hyun, this enthusiastic five-star good citizen.

“Thank you, handsome young man. Next time, Big Sister will treat you to a meal.”

Ryu Jimin looked at Lee Se-hyun. His delicate and handsome appearance, his tall 1.8-meter frame, were exceptionally striking. This level of good looks was not much worse than young idols in the entertainment industry.

Luckily, Lee Se-hyun was there; otherwise, today would have been a disaster. She had a very important commercial performance event in Busan later.

Her ID and everything else were in her bag. Without an ID, she couldn’t even board a plane, let alone make it to tonight’s commercial event.

So she was truly grateful to Lee Se-hyun, this hero sent from heaven, but there was no time to thank him; her flight was going to be late.

Ryu Jimin finished speaking and turned to leave, even forgetting to give him her contact information.

Lee Se-hyun looked at the bustling Ryu Jimin, his mind a black question mark: “Huh? You’re just leaving, all fresh and lively?”

He didn’t even know Ryu Jimin’s name or what she looked like. Her figure, though, was a feast for the eyes… no, he didn’t have her contact information. She was just leaving like that?

Then the little donkey’s eyes wouldn’t have been smashed for nothing.

Kim Kunam breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, this woman didn’t want to turn him in to the police; otherwise, if the police discovered his illegal status, he would be deported.

Coming to The Peninsula to find his wife and woman would then become a fool’s dream.

Hearing Lee Se-hyun’s question, Ryu Jimin quickly rushed back, taking out a portable pen and paper.

Ryu Jimin tore off a slip of paper with her contact information and slapped it into Lee Se-hyun’s hand.

“Big Sister has an urgent matter now; I have to catch a flight. I’m really sorry. My contact information is on there. When Big Sister comes back, I’ll properly reward you.”

Ryu Jimin finished speaking and patted Lee Se-hyun’s cheek: “Such a handsome little face.”

Lee Se-hyun was still bewildered, not having reacted. Ryu Jimin’s faint fragrance lingered on his face, a scent of lavender.

He sniffed carefully. Hmm… it could be her natural body scent, but it also couldn’t be ruled out as the scent of hand cream.

Wait, wait? Should this be what he’s currently bothered by?

He… he was actually harassed by a woman!!!

Lee Se-hyun watched Ryu Jimin, who had already taken a taxi and left, then looked down at the slip of paper in his hand. It had a phone number written on it, and then a name.

It clearly read the three characters: Ryu Jimin.

Ryu… Ryu Jimin?

Why did that sound so familiar? Lee Se-hyun felt like he had heard it somewhere but just couldn’t recall.
