Build a Fifty-meter Giant Mecha at the Beginning!

During this time, Zhang Yuanhang and his team were busy assembling the Aerospace Fighter, and Hong Bo was not idle either, constantly learning how to pilot the Aerospace Fighter.

Hong Bo was very much looking forward to the Aerospace Fighter’s maiden flight every day. As the first test pilot to fly the Aerospace Fighter, he would surely go down in history with the Aerospace Fighter.

This made Hong Bo incredibly excited.

“Comrade Xiao Zhang, when can the maiden flight take place?” Yang Aiguo looked at Zhang Yuanhang, thinking that once the date was set, he would immediately inform The Top Leader and Elder Wang in the Capital to come to Shancheng Military Base.

“Hmm, it can be anytime.”

Zhang Yuanhang said.

As long as the test pilot for the Aerospace Fighter was ready, the test flight could be conducted at any time.

Hong Bo’s eyes lit up upon hearing this. He was already prepared. As soon as Yang Aiguo said to test flight now, he would immediately go change into the Space Fighter Dedicated Flight Suit and directly perform the test flight.

“Good, good! Come here, someone! Immediately inform The Top Leader and Elder Wang, and tell them this good news.”

“Ask them when they are free to attend the maiden flight of the Aerospace Fighter?”

Yang Aiguo immediately called over a communications soldier. Yang Aiguo’s words instantly poured a bucket of cold water on Hong Bo; yes, The Top Leader and other important leaders were not here yet, so how could the maiden flight take place?

Only when they arrived could the maiden flight proceed.

“Yes!”

The communications soldier immediately turned to relay the good news to The Top Leader and others.

The Capital.

The Top Leader and Elder Wang, who were resting, sat in the courtyard drinking tea together.

“I wonder how things are going with Comrade Xiao Zhang, is everything still smooth?” Elder Wang showed a hint of worry.

“No need to worry, Comrade Xiao Zhang’s capabilities are well-established. Things will succeed sooner or later.”

“Let’s just calmly await Comrade Xiao Zhang’s good news.”

The Top Leader said with a smile.

He believed Zhang Yuanhang could solve all difficulties.

“Mmm hmm.” Elder Wang nodded.

Just then, a secretary, holding a document, hurried towards The Top Leader and Elder Wang with a joyful expression.

“Most likely, good news has come from Shancheng Military Base.”

The Top Leader’s face showed a smile when he saw the secretary’s appearance.

“Two Commanders, news just came from Shancheng Military Base.”

“Comrade Zhang Yuanhang led his team to build the Aerospace Fighter. The Air Force Commander is asking when the two Commanders have time to attend the maiden flight ceremony of the Aerospace Fighter?”

The secretary inquired.

“Of course, it’s now! Let’s go, Commanders, we’ll head to Shancheng Military Base right away.”

Upon hearing this news, Elder Wang could no longer sit still. He immediately stood up, beckoning The Top Leader to get up and rush to Shancheng Military Base.

“No, no, let’s go in a day.”

“For now, let CCTV release the news that our China’s Aerospace Fighter will have its maiden flight the day after tomorrow!”

The Top Leader’s eyes shone brightly.

“Ah?” The secretary looked at The Top Leader with wide eyes, shocked. Shouldn’t a national treasure like the Aerospace Fighter be kept secret?

“Commander, how can the Aerospace Fighter be exposed so casually?!”

“We should protect it well!”

The secretary said with deep urgency.

“No, no, it must be shown.”

“Having a sword in hand, but keeping it hidden, what’s the difference from having no sword at all?!”

The Top Leader said with sharp eyes.

The secretary looked at The Top Leader, deeply shaken.

“Yes!” The secretary immediately turned and relayed the message to CCTV. Upon receiving the news, CCTV immediately released it.

“What!!!”

...In an instant, everyone on The Entire Blue Star was shocked. China was actually going to test fly an Aerospace Fighter!
