Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

Yu Qi read the information Neko-chan extracted from the evil research repeatedly. She could not believe her eye when she saw the familiar names of a researcher.

However, she could not make any comment about this matter yet. She wanted to confirm it first. So, she tried to call Grandpa Mu about this.

“Yu Qi dear, what is it?” Grandpa Mu was happy to get a call from his granddaughter.

“Grandpa, there is something that I want to ask you.” Yu Qi stated.

“What is the full name of my father?” Yu Qi inquired.

“Oh, yeah. I think I never tell you about that.” Grandpa Mu thought about that. Then, he answered Yu QI’s question. “His full name is Mu Xiao Ye.”

Yu Qi’s eyes flinched as she heard the full name of her father. “I see…”

“Why are you suddenly asking me that?” Grandpa Mu felt quite weird when Yu Qi suddenly asked that question.

“Then, do you also know my mother’s name?” Yu Qi asked more.

“Hmm… the woman that your father bring back before… I think her name is Yan Lian Xen.” Grandpa Mu said.

Yu Qi’s eyes once again flinched. “Are you sure about that?”

“Well, if they are still together when you are conceived, that is your mother’s name. That is the only woman that your father brought back to show to me.” Grandpa Mu still remembered the scene.

“What is my parent’s job? Do you know about that?”

“Your father is a scientist. He loved making experiments. About your mother, I guess she was the same since your father said they met each other at work.” Grandpa Mu said. “What is going on, Yu Qi? Why are you suddenly asking for that information?”

Yu Qi could not tell him the truth yet. “Oh, it is nothing. I just read some articles in the journal that have their names. So, I just want to inform you that.”

“Oh, really? I forget that you are in the kind same field as your parent.” Grandpa Mu nodded.

“Grandpa Mu, do you really think that my parent already died?” Yu Qi could not help to ask the question.

Grandpa Mu did not answer the question right away. He could not say that because he was not 100% confirm about that. But if he was alive, why could he call his father once? It had been almost 25 years since he lost his son’s contact.

“I don’t know about that.” Grandpa Mu said. “I really wish that he is alive even though he does not want to return. I really don’t care anymore about whose he wants to get married.” He added.

“Grandpa, thank you for the information.” Yu Qi said.

“Hmm… If you want to know more about your father, you can call or see me directly.” Grandpa Mu stated.

“I will. You should take care of your health. I will check your health once I meet you.” Yu Qi gave a reminder.

Grandpa Mu laughed. “I still want to see my great-grandchildren from you. So, I will definitely be going to take care of my health.”

The call ended there. Yu Qi thought about the matter. From the report that she read, her father was still alive and working for the organization that tried to kidnap her. His codename was Y.

She also found Yan Lian Xen’s name on the list. Her codename is X. She was also alive at this moment. Did they throw her away because they thought that their work was important compared to hers? She did not have an answer to that question. The only thing that she could do was to find them and asked them directly.

The organization was called MicroTech Venture. It hired a lot of researchers to do any kind of research. They also patented the research to create money from that.

The building that Yu Qi burned down before was one of the bases. They had many places like that. However, Yu Qi did not have any information about the other bases.

Yu Qi did not stress much about that. Because she already had a lead about where to get the information. It seemed MicroTech Venture was the one that he had been playing, (hacking) with before.

Yu Qi went to the robotic development place. It seemed they were talking about the robot that they wanted to make for Neko-chan. Neko-chan was also there as well.

“No… I want the body to be low weight.”

“If we use the thin material, it will be easy to tear or rip off.”

“But the kinetic…”

“Miss Tang…” Mo Huizhong noticed Yu Qi at the door.

“It is a very heated discussion.” Yu Qi commented.

“Well…” Zhao Yongzhung wanted to say something.

“It’s okay. I don’t mind. I just want to take a look. Never mind me.” Yu Qi waved her hand.

“Master, we are discussing what material should we put for the body,” Neko-chan told Yu Qi what they had been discussed on.
