152: Reserve a room in a luxury seaside villa costing 200,000 yuan per night. The Tianhe Cruise Ship is one of the most high-end and luxurious cruise ships in the world.

Its high fees are due not only to its superior configuration but also to its top-tier service.

Therefore, to serve customers with the best attitude, there are requirements regarding the timeliness of answering phone calls.

They must be picked up within two rings.

Failure to do so results in a salary deduction.

This staff almost never made such mistakes before.

What is going on today?

”Manager Shen, it’s not a customer; it’s the boss calling.”

”The boss? The new boss?”

Shen Aoshuang, the cruise ship general manager wearing a cheongsam, was also somewhat surprised.

She had only learned about the change of ownership of the Tianhe Cruise Ship a few minutes ago.

Shen Aoshuang hurriedly took the phone.

”Hello, President Zhang!”

Zhang Yu was not surprised by the shout from the other end.

He thought the voice was quite pleasant and magnetic.

Then he said.

”When is the next voyage for the heavenly river?”

”Reporting to President Zhang, it is the day after tomorrow,” Shen Aoshuang replied. ”President Zhang, is there anything you need?”

”Nothing much,” Zhang Yu said. ”I’m just letting you know that I plan to take a few people out on the ship for a few days. Reserve four to five rooms for me.”

”Understood, President Zhang, I will handle it immediately!”

Hearing that Zhang Yu only wanted to reserve rooms, Shen Aoshuang felt relieved.

”Does President Zhang have any other instructions? I can have the staff prepare in advance.”

”That’s all, go ahead.”

After Zhang Yu finished speaking, he hung up the phone.

With just that one simple sentence from him, the cruise ship side immediately sprang into action.

Shen Aoshuang ordered the staff to immediately take the Presidential Suite, which had sea views on three sides, and several attached small rooms off the market.

The Presidential Suite was on the second level from the top, with an excellent view.

Moreover, the room area was as large as 300 square meters, which could be called a sea mansion.

The public price for the Presidential Suite was 200,000 per night.

Even at this sky-high price, it was still in short supply.

Just after taking the rooms off the market, a customer called.

”Hello, what’s going on with your heavenly river? Why isn’t the largest Presidential Suite for sale anymore?”

”I am very sorry, but the Presidential Suite has been booked,” Shen Aoshuang said.

”What? Someone is actually competing with me? Put Manager Shen on the line.”

”I am Shen Aoshuang,” she smiled slightly.

”Ah, Manager Shen,” the person on the other end changed their tone upon hearing this. ”I’ve already gathered my people; it’s unreasonable not to let me book it, right?”

”I am really sorry, but if you want to travel, there are other suites available.”

Although Shen Aoshuang prioritized customers, at the end of the day, she worked for the boss.

Since the boss wanted the room, everyone else had to step aside, no matter what.

”This is outrageous! Do you still want to do business with the wealthy circle? I have a net worth of ten billion; is this how you treat me?”

”I am very sorry, but… the person who wants the room has a more distinguished status than you. If that person is displeased, I am afraid you…”

”Fine, fine, fine, okay then, I’ll take another room.”

Upon hearing that someone with a bigger background was involved, the person on the other end immediately dared not say anything more.

They had no choice but to concede.

For the sake of customer privacy, Shen Aoshuang would certainly not reveal the guest’s identity.

But since she dared to say that, in case there really was someone with a higher status than him, offending them would be bad.

Everyone involved in this circle knew that if a conflict arose and someone was offended, things would be difficult to handle in the future.

Having dismissed this customer, Shen Aoshuang breathed a sigh of relief.

In the two and a half years she had been a cruise ship general manager, she had seen all kinds of customers.

This had trained her ability to handle such situations.

”Manager Shen, what did they say?” the staff member asked cautiously.

”The room is reserved for President Zhang,” Shen Aoshuang said.

”Tell the housekeeping department to send 20 people to carry out a thorough, spotless cleaning of the room. Replace all bed linens with the best ones.”
