Apocalypse: Master of Soul Beasts

”Level-Zero Demon Fiends do not provide demon hunting points. Level 1 Demon Fiends grant one point, Level 2 Demon Fiends grant ten points, Third-level Demon Fiends grant one hundred points, Level 4 Demon Fiends grant one thousand points, and Level 5 Demon Fiends grant ten thousand points! This scoring method is based purely on level, not individual strength.”

Wen Yu nodded in understanding. This meant that killing a Peak Third-level Demon Fiend or an Early Stage Third-level Demon Fiend would yield the same amount of demon hunting points!

”Are there Level 5 Demon Fiends as well?”

Kaldo nodded. ”That possibility cannot be ruled out. These Demon Fiends are not bred by us; they surge from the Demon Realm’s Gate. The Dominator has controlled the quality of Demon Fiends transported through the Demon Realm’s Gate, but the lowest level it can be reduced to is Level Five.”

”I see.” Wen Yu nodded and then focused his gaze on the exchange list.

The items on it were truly extravagant! There were defensive items of various grades, medicinal potions of all kinds, and Wen Yu even saw S-class or higher items, weapons, and equipment.

”Hold on!” As Wen Yu’s gaze scanned upwards along the list, it stopped on a particular item.

”Book of Black (Summoning Chapter): Absorbs souls, unleashes the power of darkness. The Book of Black’s Summoning Chapter possesses the terrifying power to summon the dead! Exchange Requirement: 3 million demon hunting points!”

Seeing this requirement, Wen Yu’s eyebrows twitched violently! Three million demon hunting points! That’s equivalent to 300 Level 5 Demon Fiends!

Taking a deep breath, Wen Yu asked his final question. ”In this treasure land, is the task simply to defend the city?”

Hearing Wen Yu’s question, Kaldo shook his head. ”That’s not so. In fact, the ultimate mission in this treasure land is to destroy the city occupied by the Demon Fiends on the other side. When the opposing city is destroyed, a super reward will be granted by the Dominator. However, this is extremely difficult... because the Demon Realm’s Gate’s transportation capability is terrifying! Moreover, if either of the two cities is destroyed, this treasure land will be permanently closed!”

Hearing Kaldo’s words, Wen Yu nodded. ”I have no other questions. Thank you.”

”It is my duty.” Kaldo nodded politely, and then his figure slowly faded away.
