Bombarding Cultivators with Cluster Artillery

It wasn’t a coincidence that he had specifically chosen this time to finish work and allocate a bit of fragmented time.

The Xianmen Sect high exam remained the same old routine; it hadn’t changed much in over a hundred years.

More than a million candidates started the assessment at the same time, each fighting their chosen opponent, resulting in over six hundred thousand live streaming screens. Every parent concerned about their child could find something of interest on the Xianmen Sect’s live streaming website.

Jiang Ding’s Divine Sense surged into the Xianmen Sect live streaming website, choosing to watch all the cold weapons high exam live streams.

In an instant,

over five hundred thousand screens unfolded densely around him in space. They were as small as thumbs, flickering with colors too rapid for the naked eye to discern, resembling a mosaic of light spots.

”Not bad,”

Jiang Ding glanced over with his Divine Sense and felt a surge of joy in his heart.

”After nine years of nurturing and supporting, the percentage of Xianmen Sect citizens using swords in the cold weapons high exam has now reached 87.9%.”

”As for the rest, apart from those with special hobbies, there are those with family traditions or simply those who perform poorly.”

”In another twenty or thirty years, the number of sword users should be able to reach over ninety-five percent,”

Jiang Ding spoke with confidence.

Those who chose swordsmanship could easily find excellent instructors and swordmasters. Not only was the quality high, but the prices were also cheap, and the level of swordsmanship taught far outstripped that of other cold weapons like hammers, knives, spears, and axes by more than just a few notches.

The effort put into the Elaborate Method Spiritual Puppets over these years had not been in vain.

The Gold Core Training Classes had been conducted for eighteen terms already, with over sixty people in each term. That totaled over a thousand swordsmanship teachers personally trained by gold core sword cultivators, who had entered the market and joined both public and private schools. Because of the high penalty for breaching the training agreement they had signed, they truly devoted themselves to training qualified students.

Such a multiplying effect had led to tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of qualified swordmasters in the Xianmen Sect.

Furthermore, with the annual Mount Hua Swordfight, the Sword Dao ranking competitions, swordsmanship movies, swordsmanship games, and swordsmanship celebrities creating a sensation, the sword culture within the Xianmen Sect had undergone a groundbreaking transformation over nine years.

If you wanted to learn the sword, there were coaches, companions, and higher levels of competition available for you.

If you didn’t fancy swords and had a passion for hammers instead, that was also fine, but you would have to settle for far less competent teachers, a lack of discussion and interest around you, putting you inherently behind the starting line.

Even if you were exceptionally talented and managed to catch up from behind, this would only allow you to surpass those with much weaker talents than yours.

If you had comparable talent, or even slightly less than yours, they would have already left you so far behind that you couldn’t see their backs anymore, not even on the same level as you.

”Not bad, not bad at all,”

As Jiang Ding looked at the screens filled with longswords and flying swords whirling chaotically, and listened to the clanging metallic sounds, a sense of satisfaction grew in his heart, akin to an Elder Nong facing a golden wheat field in the autumn.

This one million people, every year another million.

At the very least, two to three hundred thousand of them would take the slow path on the Xianmen Sect’s classic route, trying out the Sword Dao to see if they had any talent in that area.

After several layers of filtering, those who ultimately pursued the Sword Dao would surely number in the thousands, right?

The talent of these people was precisely this!

With thousands of people each year, all with some talent for the Sword Dao, the continuous input of talents into the Xianmen Sect’s Sword Dao was assured.

”Huh... this little panda?”

Jiang Ding suddenly let out a light gasp and enlarged one of the live-stream screens.
